Extraordinary service - both in providing the highest quality product and customer service. It is a delight to still be able to do business with a true, London-based family-run business who are both established and yet fully up to date and offering a genuinely competitive edge.
Dealing with Josh and Anthony was very pleasant, friendly and straightforward in each interaction - even when it was just before their Christmas break. They solved problems caused from my side, because my project manager had vastly over-ordered composite decking and did not know how to organise its installation, but they kindly provided advice and then collected and fully reimbursed the surplus - no questions asked. Pure professionalism.
The result is amazing and has completely transformed our garden! Such a delight and we would definitely use them again - we couldn''t recommend them more.
