Our range of Remote terminal Units (RTUs) and Process Instruments allow monitoring of all sizes of pump station. From our smallest low powered Micro RTU monitoring a remote level in a drainage ditch or channel, through to large pumping stations where our Midi-10 RTU can provide PLC style Ladder logic pump control and tariff management.

Airport Monitoring
Our most recent project is a major system delivering Sitewatch to Dubai’s two international airports to monitor all their CNS, ATM and MET equipment, and to provide runway CAT monitoring. We also supply fully integrated Maintenance Management Systems.
As standard, Sitewatch includes an SNMP Manager allowing it to monitor and control any 3rd party SNMP equipment, supporting SNMP V1, V2c and V3. Sitewatch also includes several OEM communication protocols allowing direct interface to many of the main established CNS, ATM and MET equipments. Older equipment interfaces use Closed Contact relay interfaces − for these we have a good range of ‘Remote Terminal Units’ that can report back to our servers over copper or fibre links (RS232, RS485, Ethernet, TCP/IP etc.).
Sitewatch supports multiple redundant servers, and can support the full system on just one server. As well as monitoring all the CNS, ATM and MET equipment, we typically also monitor all RCMS communications and UPS status etc. The system accommodates as many workstations as are necessary, and depending on networking (LAN or WAN) can also allow access from tablets and smart phones etc. via web browsers (no software install needed).
Airports can use the Sitewatch RCMS combined with our Sitewatch Crash Alarm system for a fully integrated system.
RTUs
The Air Traffic industry RTUs are used to monitor and control CNS, ATM and MET equipment in air field shelters and monitoring at more distant locations such as Radar Stations and remote Beacon and Radio sites.
We offer a wide range of intelligent RTU and Field Interface Units that satisfy the most challenging of RCMS applications, and supporting all necessary communication modes to ensure reliable communications back to the Sitewatch RCMS Servers.
Our RTUs are available in wall mounting and 19" Rack Mounting variants to suit all circumstances.
Crash Alarm Systems
Our modular system includes options for Touchscreen and Push-button consoles, providing one-touch control and real-time monitoring. Automated Alarm responses include activating Bay Doors, Sirens, Strobes, Tannoy messages, and CCTV operation.
Because this is a fully redundant and modular system, it supports any number of Control Towers and Fire Stations.
With Emergency-phones and auto-dial available, first responders can be contacted without delay. All Alarms and actions are recorded in the permanent log.
The system is ideally suited to be coupled to the Sitewatch Remote Control and Monitoring Systems allowing a fully integrated Crash Alarm and monitoring system.
Maintenance Management Systems
Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
The CMMS also provides tracking and reporting tools allowing reporting of key indicators such as Downtime, Availability, MTTR and MTBF.
The CMMS integrated with our Sitewatch Remote Control and Monitoring Systems is used at international airports to manage the maintenance of all CNS/ATM equipments, minimise downtime, reduce maintenance costs, and produce statuatory reports.
Preventive Maintenance Planner
Sitewatch already provides monitoring tools that allow equipment faults and failures to be automatically detected, which leads to Corrective Maintenance tasks being carried out. The new PMP allows Preventive Maintenance tasks to be organised, either based on a regular time based schedule, or on Run-Time and use rate.
The planner is ideal for customers that are already monitoring pumps, motors, compressors and plant, and want to improve reliability and efficiency by planning Preventive Maintenance tasks more effectively.

Lee-Dickens has been supplying Telemetry Systems for four decades, and IIOT SCADA systems since they first existed.
