LyonTech Engineering Ltd has an exemption from waste management regulations for Halon 1211, Halon 1301, HFC227ea (FM200), Novec 1230. Our Environment Agency number is WW1/E/LYO001. Halons & HFC's are classified as controlled wastes under the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005 and as such their disposal has to be documented using a Hazardous Waste Consignment Note

LyonTech Engineering Ltd is registered with the Environment Agency as a Top Tier waste carrier. Our registration no. is CBDU7675. Upon collection we will provide a Hazardous waste transfer note, this document is required to record the transfer from the producer to the waste manager and this is your proof of proper disposal.
