Lou is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. She taught me both adult and paediatric first aid and has empowered me to help others. Easy to understand with hands on practise, expertly demonstrated and supervised, with additional explanations over and above the standard first aid on account of her many years as a nurse, nurse practitioner and Intensive care specialty. She also manages to squeeze in time as a CFR. Would recommend if you would like a complete understanding and not just a “going through the motions” course

I recently attended an Emergency Contingency Plan course with Louise, and I couldn''t be more impressed with the quality of training provided.
Louise''s depth of knowledge and real world experience was evident from the start. She is able to explain medical concepts in a way that is both relatable and easy to understand, regardless of prior knowledge.
Louise''s patience and ability to engage with each of us in the room, was valuable to me and my team. She also took the time to answer every question thoroughly, ensuring that each of us felt confident in our ability to apply the skills in real life situations.
The scenarios presented were realistic and well thought out, I believe I now have a stronger chance to react effectively in an emergency thanks to Louise''s tutoring.
Overall, Louise from Madeleys First Aid Plus offers first aid courses that are both comprehensive and user friendly. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to gain or refresh their first aid skills.
