Our motion activated system, Instant Witness, is intended for use where video verification and intruder alarms are necessary or desired. When ordering an Instant Witness system we will install your system and ensure that your cameras are in the best position.
In the event of an alarm activation, our alarm response unit will be deployed to your site to respond to the alarm and an incident report will be emailed to you.

Locks and Unlocks
Our keyholding service provides clients with confidence that a spare set of keys are retained securely off premises. We are available to assist during an out of hours call out, or in the event that the primary becomes lost or stolen.
We operate a 24hour control room at our head office which enables us to attend to intruder alarm activations and assist with emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Rapid Response
The Security Officer will access the site and physically check doors and windows for insecurities. They will report any abnormalities to the Response Supervisor and Key Holder if necessary. Evidence of a confirmed break in, intruder on site or criminal damage will be immediately reported to the Police and the Key Holder. Records of the Incident Report will be provided to you.

As you would expect, we only use highly trained security dogs and experienced dog handlers that work to strict legal guidelines. All dog handlers have received NASDU training. All dogs are under the constant control of their handler.
Dog's hearing and smelling senses are second to none.
Each dog is teamed with one handler, this results in a strong bond being created.
