MHP sells only the highest quality kraft Masking Paper. We are completely independent and are therefore able to assess market conditions and obtain the highest quality raw materials available.

All our paper is, quite simply, the best you will find in the marketplace. It has a high wet strength and has been specifically manufactured for paint masking, is porosity tested and is tightly bonded with little or no fibre contamination. It gives excellent resistance to base coats, clear coats and urethanes. Our paper also offers enhanced hold out to ultra-high solids and is excellent for water-based paints.

We only use 50gsm paper for our Kraft Masking paper as in our opinion, anything thinner substantially increases the risk of bleed.

Please note that a 1metre Square of 50gsm masking paper contains:

10% more paper than a 45gsm paper - that’s 10% more protection.
20% more paper than a 40gsm paper - that’s 20% more protection.

From our market research, you will pay more for a 40gsm than a 50gsm. That means you could pay more for less protection!

MHP Badge Tape is characterized by good peel and shear adhesion, good internal strength, good conformability and good plasticizer resistance. Typical applications would include the attachment of lightweight vehicle name-plates and trim, including narrow and light body side mouldings. They may also be used for sign and point of sale industries.

Ideal for detailed masking. MHP Fine Line Tape is flexible and will therefore align to tight curves and sharp corners. MHP Fine Line Tape is medium tack and sticks well to most substrates. It lifts off cleanly and is renowned in the industry as being the best tape for the job. Because it turns well, it is suitable for pinstripe masking and prepping flame artwork. It is also useful for masking around locks and brackets.

MHP’s continuous yellow sheeting provides an economic solution to masking large areas. This film is manufactured to give maximum strength but remain as light as possible.

Top Gun offers great flexibility and strength. It’s made with modern blends of polymers making it softer, easier to cut and non-snagging. Anyone who has ever tested this product have gone on to place an order and it now leads the UK market. With added paint hold, it comes in a dispense box and is available in 4, 5 and 6 meter widths.

A key to the quality of all MHP Paint Strainers is the unique, reinforced filter tip that provides truer colour match by allowing all the paint to be strained, leaving nothing in the tip. All MHP Strainers are produced with bleed-proof inks and special adhesives that are solvent and waterproof.

We can now offer a variety of pack sizes to suit your customers’ needs. The cartons of 1000 contain four boxes, each containing 250 strainers. The next available pack size is in boxes of 100 strainers available in outer cartons of 20 boxes (2000 strainers) or available as individual 100’s.
