Vacuum-Forming
Our Vacuum-Forming Capabilities Are Endless.
We specialise in vacuum-forming technologies and provide custom made components to meet your brand requirements. We manufacture to your specification and combining in-house extrusion facilities with our vacuum-forming capability, allows us to maintain our strong market position.
We also specialise in medium batch runs which further enables us to maintain customer satisfaction. With state-of-the-art thermoforming machines on site, we have the ability to tailor make trays, pallets, bases and lids to your individual requirements.
With nine vacuum-forming machines of different sizes, we can cost-effectively mould everything from small parts, to large components. Measuring in excess of 2400mm long by 1150mm wide and up to 650mm deep. All machines are equipt with dual-heating platens, enabling quicker cycle times and greater output.

All our materials are thermoformable, machinable and can be fabricated into any bespoke customised project.

Laser Engraving & Cutting
Laser Techniques.
Customised Packaging Limited have the ability to laser engrave or laser cut various plastics. This is often used to produce high quality and durable labels. We provide a unique method of printing utilising lasers. Using a laser creates a high-quality permanent marking on plastics.
This enables us to engraved logos and designs add branding or serial numbers to any product. Laser engraving and cutting is also known as laser etching or cutting

Also known as Butt Fusion and Manual Welding.
Manplas Limited have the expertise and technology to provide Butt Fusion application, commonly referred to as Mirror Welding. This is superior to hand welding, which we also employ, Mirror Welding performs a more solid, accurate and durable welding procedure.
Mirror Welding is the process of merging two plastic items to create a new product, with a larger capacity. This is achieved by welding across the full face of a joint. Part of the process can include further welding of the internal ribs that would not be able to be welded manually.
Where an already moulded crate or box exists in its standard form and size, we have the technology to extend, reduce or modify all types of crates as required. By fusing two sections of a standard crate by welding two surfaces on a flat plane, we are able to form a bespoke specification, custom made to your very own size requirements.
