SMT Assembly
We cater for a range of product topologies from conventional Thorough hole and mixed SMT/PTH assembly services, to high density/ complexity surface mount (SMT) population.
Manufacture Master offers 2 SMT assembly lines, both our mid and high-volume offerings consist of AVX500 fully automatic Screen printers offering optical alignment and paste in pad optical inspection to ensure quality prints are maintained to a high standard ever print.
PTH Assembly
Manufacture Master offers a full inline PTH service with a 6-cell inline insertion capacity allowing your product assembly to be split down into smaller insertion quantities and intern this increases throughput insertion speed, accuracy and reduces overall cost with the aid of inline AOI we ensure quality is built into every product.
Box Build
We can offer a complete turnkey solution to suit your needs, working with our client we can manage the whole build, from simple PCBA fitted into enclosures to complete machines including all sub-assemblies, to full OEM service providing a complete commercial product tested, packed and ready for your end customer, our flexible approach allows us to offer an all in one facility service, helping you to drive better cost efficiency, tighter quality control and a single point of contact.
Test and CEM Repairs
All products depending on specific requirements are manually tested requiring a high skill set and our team hold industry standard qualifications in electronics, we can offer a range of additional services from automated inspection, x-ray, ATE testing and programming to database entry of test statistics and front of house GUI for you to monitor and track quality.
