Recycled Bottle Range
The Recycled range is made from rMDPE rather than HDPE making it a slightly squeezable bottle, rMDPE is a blend of 50% rHDPE and 50% virgin LDPE, derived from hot washed milk bottles and is off white in colour. The rMDPE is slightly flexible, totally recyclable and crack-resistant giving it many benefits over other materials. The Recycled bottle is non food approved and suitable for many uses, from oils and chemicals through to shampoos and conditioners, oil analysis, diagnostic bottles, acrylic paints, alcohol paints, hobby and craft products, oils and lubricants, car detailing to animal health products, where a slight squeeze of the bottle is often needed to dispense products. They are available from 25ml to 750ml to suit a range of needs.

Our recycled screw caps are perfect for sealing the huge range of bottles available at Measom Freer. They are suitable for bottles of all shapes and sizes, making them perfect for a wealth of industries. Please note they are not food approved when manufactured in this recycled material.
Our recycled screw caps are stocked in recycled black polypropylene with metallising services available. We also offer both smooth and ribbed options for the perfect finish. Please note that Plugseal caps can only be used with bottle plugs and Skirtseal caps should not be used with plugs.

Caps
Measom Freer have a wide choice of plastic caps and dispensing caps available from stock with various colours available to order. Most of our caps correspond to the European R4 standard which fits 415 thread sizes.
Containers
A range of quality plastic packaging solutions are available from stock, allowing for prompt delivery - no matter how small the order. Our reputation for quality packaging has been carefully built up over 80 years.

Blow Moulding: Blow moulding allows bottles to be made to customers' own requirements In most thermoplastics including PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PETG, and PP, with up to 1-litre capacity. Most of our materials are recyclable.
Injection Moulding: Up to a shot weight of approximately 300g, processed in most thermoplastic materials. We promise strict confidentiality at all stages, to protect your designs and brand.
Our design department is equipped with the latest CAD facilities for component design and 3D visualisation through to full tool design.
We have our own in-house tool room, which we continually invest in to provide cutting edge technology that complements our CAD CAM design facility. We specialise entirely in the production of quality blow moulding & injection moulding tools. You can even come and watch your tool being made. We accept most file formats including IGES, SLDDRP, STEP and more.
A printing service is available for the decoration of bottles and other mouldings.
