PVCu CAPPED RAFTER SUPPORTED BAR.

Strong, lightweight, easy to fit roof glazing bars that are ideal for most applications, such as lean-tos and shelters. A gable end (side trim) can be fitted to make an end bar and finish off the roof. Glazing bars and Gable Ends are available in either White or Brown PVCu and in 2.5M, 3M, 4M, 5M & 6M lengths.

  • SELF SUPPORT GLAZING BAR SYSTEM

    Our self-support glazing bar system is specifically designed as a Lean-to Roof system for use with 16 to 35mm Multiwall Polycarbonate Roofing sheet. The bars are capable of spanning up to 4 metres (set at 600mm centres) without any cross bearers (purlins). We recommend a minimum of 10 degrees roof pitch with this system.

    The system includes 4 main components: Wallplate, End Bar, Intermediate Bar, and Eavesbeam.

Warranty

Durasid products carry a  10 year guarantee with regard to UV Resistance for the following colours: White; Cream; Sand; Grey; Woodland Oak; Red Cedar; African Padauk; Siberian Larch and Sheffield Oak. A 5 year warranty applies for the following colours, Carmel, Anthracite Grey, Quartz Grey, Blue Grey, Silver, Cedar, Graphite, Olive and Walnut. Stone Plastic Composite  – luxury vinyl click flooring

Rigid core luxury vinyl flooring, also known as SPC flooring, is the most durable waterproof vinyl flooring option on the market. It has a similar construction to WPC, but it comes with an ultra-tough core, which is where the name “rigid core” comes from.

So what does SPC stand for? As it turns out, it stands for a couple of terms that are used interchangeably: stone plastic composite or stone polymer composite. It refers to the make-up of the core. The SPC core is what makes this flooring so incredibly durable, maintaining its form even over uneven subfloors.

That means you can install SPC rigid core luxury vinyl flooring on any level, over almost any existing (hard surface) subfloor and for any amount of traffic.

The new generation of Aqua-Step products

Stone Polymer Composite, or SPC for short, is a durable and stable board with excellent properties. SPC is a combination of limestone and PVC, finished with a vinyl or other surface. The benefits of SPC include its waterproof properties, the fact that the board hardly ‘works’, and its many applications for floors and walls. Aqua Click Tiles are tiles with an SPC core and sealed surface for floors and walls. They are waterproof, so they can be used anywhere in the home, including bathrooms and kitchens. With a click connection, they can easily be laid floating on the floor or glued to the substrate, similar to installation on walls.

Easy renovation

Thanks to its low thickness, Aqua Click tiles are ideal for renovations as they can often be laid over the existing floor or wall. On the other hand, they are ideal for newbuild too. The click connection means they can easily be laid floating on the floor or glued to the substrate, similar to installation on walls. The SPC core and vinyl surface make the tiles completely waterproof, so they can be used anywhere in the home, including bathrooms and kitchens

Matt and high gloss

Aqua Click Tiles Colors tiles have a Solid Paint surface. This high-tech top layer has an attractive high-gloss or ultra-matt look and provides excellent protection against wear, scratches, and stains. Available in various unicolours, the tiles come in two sizes, making them ideal for renovating walls and floors.

INSTALLATION AND FINISHING

Aqua-Step panels, tiles, and boards can be applied to any surface that is flat, dry, pressure-resistant, and free of dust and dirt . For a sound-absorbing, stable substrate with boards laid floating on the floor, the 1.5 mm-thick Secura LVT click smart underlay must be laid. Gluing the floor is recommended in a humid environment. Hybrid polymer adhesive is available in a bucket or a tube for gluing SPC products to the floor or wall. For good adhesion, the substrate and the back of the sheets must be degreased first.

Our UPVC Solaglaze is available in a self-finish of either white or Anthracite grey, and the aluminium Solaglaze is powder-coated to the customer’s desired colour from our standard RAL range.

This system is generally installed to a builder’s upstand. Once in place, it’s easily installed using the supplied colour-coordinated angle brackets, which can be hidden behind the plasterboard.

UPVC Glass Rooflights

A self-supported system for applications in commercial or residential buildings. The system is installed to a builder's kerb, finished by a roofing membrane. 

• Kerb should have a minimum pitch of 5 degrees to assist shedding of water.
•  Double glazed with hermetically sealed glass. Frames are manufactured from extruded uPVC in options of white and anthracite grey. 
• EPDM gasket seals
• Full uPVC frame construction giving excellent thermal performance and prevention of cold bridging
