This company is a joke, i took a full day off work to accept the delivery only for it not to turn up, when contacted the courier said collections were more important then delivery''s and I wasn''t getting mine that day. I demanded a refund and seven days on am still waiting, despite several phone calls and multiple promises they still have my my money,

I HAVE BOUGHT BOX STEEL A COUPLE OF TIMES FROM METALS4U, AND AM DELIGHTED WITH THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICE. I PLACED A SMALL ORDER OF 6 MTR MILD STEEL YESTERDAY AFTERNOON, AND GOT A PHONE CALL THIS MORNING FROM THE DRIVER TO SAY HE WAS AT MY FRONT DOOR WITH MY DELIVERY. THIS IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY WITH EXCELLENT PROMPT SERVICE, AND VERY INEXPENSIVE, YET TOP QUALITY PRODUCTS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND METALS4U.
