MHM XL40 Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler

The MHM XL40 Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler is the smallest unit in our Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler Range. It has proved to be an affordable step up from the more labour intensive vertical mill size baler. With a ram pressure of 40T and production of 2T per hour as well as mill size bale weights up to 500kg. It has the smallest footprint on the market which makes it ideal for site with limited space.

MHM XL50 Semi-Automatic Horizontal Bale

The MHM XL50 Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler is a mid range baler with market leading bale weights and an attractive price compared to competitors on the market place. With a ram pressure of 50T and production of 2.4T per hour as well as mill size bale weights up to 600kg. The MHM XL50 Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler is a heavy duty machine with a simple operator friendly design.

MHM XL60 Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler

The MHM XL60 Sumi-Automatic Horizontal Baler redefines waste management, offering a robust solution that effortlessly transforms large volumes of waste into compact, manageable bales. With a ram pressure of 60T and production of 3T tonne per hour as well as mill size bale weights up to 750kg. MHM 1500 Static Waste Compactor

The MHM1500 Range of Static Compactors are designed to have a small footprint, but are suited to heavy industrial use. This Unit is ideal for general waste.

The MHM1500 is either filled by hand using interlocked safety doors or open splayed hoppers, or by rear feed hydraulic bin lift designed to work with 240-1100 litres wheelie bins.

An extremely reliable and well built machine with a powerful compaction force.

MHM 2200 Static Waste Compactor

The MHM2200 static compactor is our medium to large range of compactors. Ideally suited for heavy industrial usage. This unit is ideal for general and factory use, bulky wastes and cardboard.

The MHM2200 is either filled by hand using open splayed hoppers or by hydraulic bin lift or fork lift truck.

An extremely reliable and well built machine with a powerful compaction force.

Baler 60 - Vertical Waste Baler

Powered from a standard 13 amp plug and with a larger than average loading aperture (0.64m x 0.70m), the Baler 60 exerts maximum pressure to produce bales weighing up to 75kg.

This model is ideal for baling both cardboard and plastic as well as dry waste and 20 litre steel drums.

MHM 32YD Portable Compactor

The MHM32YD portable compactor is manufactured on a CHEM Standard Ro-Ro chassis it has fully welded seams and smooth internal/external line for hygiene and corporate livery.

Manufactured with a liquid retentive rear door seal system, this prevents liquid leakage onto water courses and reduces hygiene and odour issues considerably.

Our compactors are ideally suited to food, food processors, hospital wastes, with the unit being water retentive and offers a high degree of security.

MHM 14YD Portable Compactor

The MHM14YD portable compactor is manufactured on a CHEM Standard Ro-Ro chassis it has fully welded seams and smooth internal/external line for hygiene and corporate livery.

JS-2000 Fully Automatic Horizontal Baler

The JS-2000 fully automatic horizontal baler is the biggest baler by far in the range, with a ram pressure of 125 tonne up to 240 tonne and production of 40 tonne per hour. Bale weights up to a massive 1.5 tonnes can be produced according to the bale length, which can be set up electronically. Like all machines in this range you can set various configurations to suit your individual needs. This fully automatic horizontal baler can be specified with either horizontal or vertical needles for the unique ting system and we can also supply the JS-2000 with cord baling system.

JS-1900 Fully Automatic Horizontal Baler

The JS-1900 fully automatic horizontal baler will process large quantity’s of cardboard, plastic, RDF or paper. This efficiently reliable fully automatic horizontal baler can be configured to suit your specific needs, with a ram pressure of 100 tonnes and bales upwards of 525kg. With either horizontal or vertical needles used for a unique automatic tying system. Like our other fully automatic horizontal balers we can supply this machine with a cord baling system or the standard steel wiring system.

205 HD Drum Crusher

This steel drum crusher offers a cheaper alternative to the ever growing problem of drum disposal. Ideal for sites with limited space this recycling drum crusher will crush your steel drums (45 gallon / 205 litre ) at a ratio of 6-8 into 1 greatly reducing your disposal costs and storage space. The MHM industrial drum crusher are a robustly built unit with great functionality. Simple operating instructions means fast and efficient crushing. The MHM drum crusher has a totally enclosed shell for high levels of safety and a 30 litre ‘oil collection tray’ with tap connection to prevent and spillage or leakage of residual liquids.

1100 Bin Press

Our bin press is powered from a standard 13 Amp plug and with the simplest of controls, this model is perfect for positioning in limited space environments. The Bin Press 1100 will reduce bin emptying frequencies and has a very positive environmental impact. With its unique ‘auto bin lift’ no pressure is put on the bin wheels or ground.

MHM 3000SC EPS Polystyrene Compactor

The MHM 3000sc EPS polystyrene compactor as with the 1000sc & 2000sc, have been specifically designed to allow them to compact larger amounts of polystyrene than our competitors machines. This is done by maintaining higher compaction rate consistently throughout the operation. This is all achieved whilst still maintenance a very low need for maintenance.
When compacting higher density polystyrene our machines will still produce a 40:1 ratio without compromising on speed due to its special design.
The MHM 3000sc EPS polystyrene compactor is the largest in our range of EPS machine that we offer and it is capable of processing 220kg per hour.

MHM 2000SC EPS Polystyrene Compactor

The MHM 2000sc EPS polystyrene compactor as with the 1000sc, have been specifically designed to allow them to compact larger amounts of polystyrene than our competitors machines. This is done by maintaining higher compaction rate consistently throughout the operation. This is all achieved whilst still maintenance a very low need for maintenance.

When compacting higher density polystyrene our machines will still produce a 40:1 ratio without compromising on speed due to its special design.
The MHM 2000sc EPS polystyrene compactor is our mid range EPS machine that we offer; however, it is capable of processing 90kg per hour.
