Laser Cutting

At Micrometric we have built up a reputation for taking a personal approach to fully understanding every customer’s laser cutting requirements in order to optimise the production process and achieve optimal results.

Laser Welding

Our laser welding experts are equipped with a range of lasers and can weld a wide range of parts to form high-quality welds.
During the laser welding process, materials are distortioned in some way so that finish machined and pressed components can be joined. At Micrometric we specialise in minimal distortion and minimum heat input welding for parts which contain some temperature sensitive items inside them.

Laser Drilling

Thanks to continuous investments in the latest equipment, we use technology which makes it possible to drill very small, shaped and accurate holes in parts.

Laser Etching

We provide a range of laser engraving and etching sub-contract services which are used to accurately and permanently mark the surface of materials predominantly with high-quality text, lines and logos.

Tube Cutting

At Micrometric we have the capability in house to cut fine flat parts, large or small slots, holes and openings into tubes, to add value, reduce customer costs and provide short lead times.

Precision Machining

At Micrometric, we also offer a range of laser precision machining services using a combination of our processes.

Reverse engineering services

We offer a measurement service and reverse engineering services to assist customers in duplicating old components and parts which are required to produce new ones.

Multi-process services

Our service extends beyond laser cutting and laser profiling; we offer a range of in-house and resourced services to complement our laser machining services and have dedicated equipment for laser drilling, engraving, etching and welding applications. Our extensive work of sub-contracting means that we’re able to offer a single point of contact for manufacturing parts from the initial process through to completion, helping to reduce lead times and production costs.
