Motorola T62 446 Twin Pack
The Motorola TLKR T62 licence free twin pack is ideal for more regular use. Supplied in twin packs with rechargeable batteries and a USB charging cable. These radios have programmable privacy tones and are great for keeping contact at festival’s, camping sites, on the beach and around your home. Coverage of up to 5KM, depending on terrain and conditions. Maximum distance achieved when there are no obstruction’s such as hills, trees, buildings etc between the two radios.
Motorola T82 Extreme Twin Pack
These TLKR-T82's are perfect for those trips where you may get rained on or splashed as it is IPX2 rated. It has a built in LED torch for those dark nights and an easy pairing button.Supplied in twin packs with rechargeable batteries, charger, belt clips, boom mic earpieces and user manual. These are the same as the T82 but come in a carry case with earpieces.

Motorola Talkabout T42 Twin Pack
The Motorola T42 is an entry level consumer walkie talkie two-way radio. These are supplied in red or blue depending on your preference. Ideal for occasional use such as when you go camping, fishing, hiking or similar leisure activities. These radios do not have privacy tones and require alkaline cells, so they don’t come with a charger.

Senhaix 8120 Waterproof Radio
I have had a look at these two-way radios. Really nice feel and great quality for the price. Nice build of the internal workings, quality PC board and components.
These would be ideal for all radio users who wish to stay with standard analogue products and where UHF is the preferred frequency band. You will need an Ofcom licence, either the UK general or your own frequency. Looking to add to your fleet or replace older radios, you may want to consider the Senhaix 8120. This is ideal for day to day communications where no frills are required. I can program these for you but will need to have site of a valid UHF radio users’ licence. These are not legal to use on 446 licence free frequencies.

The images give a few examples of these radios which are usually supplied in pairs. They may or may not have rechargeable batteries and a charger, others will require disposable batteries. Please send in both radios, the price is for repairing both or one radio and aligning both.

Kirisun DP405 battery contact replacement
The Kirisun DP405 is a great walkie talkie for it's price.
The battery contacts tend to break or bend when a rough attempt to fit the battery incorrectly is performed. Perhaps the contacts are also damaged when the radio is transported with other loose radios and no battery is fitted.

Motorola XT420 missing rubber button
If your XT420 is missing the rubber push-to-talk button it will need a new case fitted. The PTT rubber is an integral part of the housing and cannot be replaced as an item. Often the internal PTT switch is also damaged, this is caused by the user usining a sharp object to try and put the radio into talk mode. This service includes checking and replacement of the internal switch if it is damaged.
