Mitchellwest undertake alternator diagnostics, routine maintenance and bearing changes our aim is to minimise the disruption to site by minimal down time, by carrying out works wherever possible works in situ , when this is not possible Mitchellwest offer the complete service for removal, repair, and re-instating.

We believe in supplying preventative maintenance solutions for power critical sites by ensuring our engineers are all apprentice served and trained across a wide range of equipment. Our services add value to our customers sites by minimising any down time caused by unplanned equipment power failures. Our staff will ensure the most efficient and reliable solutions are provided to our customers, we hold a strong belief of the importance of implementing routine and preventative maintenance measures for standby or running diesel generators, static and rotary UPS equipment.
We can offer tailored maintenance packages for diesel generators & UPS equipment, inclusive of 24.7 support where needed. Our maintenance packages are site specific to include for preventative checks such as vibration, temperature, battery impedance services where required, which we strongly believe will aid further in a more reliable secondary power supply.
Our additional preventative services such as battery impedance, oil & coolant analysis/alternator services/vibration analysis/alignment /fuel polishing will further secure a dependable secondary back up power source.
One of our strengths is being independent from any one manufacturer. Allowing us to be able to offer an unbiased selection of equipment to meet our customers’ site demands and budget. By being able to select across different engine, alternator, generator/battery & rotary UPS/generator and UPS control panels and tank manufacturers, this in turn allows us greater flexibility in product selection. We not only offer placement of new equipment, but we are also able to offer bespoke builds and/or modifications to existing equipment. This allows for savings when existing equipment can be utilised either by modifications or adding additional equipment alongside to achieve the end goal.
We also offer standalone engine, alternator, and UPS diagnostics services. Our main goal is to offer onsite repairs where possible which willreduce the total lost revenue due down time to key equipment. Where we are unable to offer onsite repairs, we can conduct the complete package from removal of equipment to the repairs (such as alternator rewinds, hub changes, engine rebuilds, etc.), to final stages of re-commissioning.
It is important that our engineers are trained across a wide range of services offering a more efficient service to our customers, our multi skilled engineers help aid to reduce the overall costs to our customers, which means we are able not only to offer maintenance support packages but also on-site diagnostic and repairs for engines, alternators, static & rotary UPS equipment.
