CNC Turning

CNC Turning is one of the many subcontract services M&M Turned Parts Ltd currently offer within the UK and Europe. We manufacture components from materials such as brass, aluminium, stainless steel and engineering plastics. CNC Sliding Head Turning

CNC Sliding Head Turning is one of the many services M&M Turned Parts Ltd offer. A large customer base has therefore been developed from Birmingham down to London. The general customer base is spread across the UK. Machined parts are also supplied by demand into Europe and the USA. We can make a range of CNC components from basic through to complex. M&M Turned Parts are a good team of people therefore working together to make components of the highest quality.

CADCAM

M&M Turned Parts Ltd have made a considerable investment in the latest Feature-CAM Software. Customers can send design files in many formats. These can be imported into the CADCAM Program in 3D. Our Feature-CAM software then allows us to generate the CNC program directly from the 3D model. Modifications can be made to designs. This can be complemented by M&M Turned Parts hence our 100 years of combined machining knowledge.

Kanban − Managed Systems

We can now implement kanban / consignment stock management for cnc turned parts. We also produce machined components and specialist fasteners . Our company operate these systems with some of our existing customer base which has proven to be very successful. This system is mainly operated with our automotive customers. We have also implemented systems into customers in other sectors more recently. Due to the capability of our cnc turning machines this has become an important part of our business. Thus allowing us to keep our customer base happy with regard to on-time delivery and reduced monthly spend. With this system our customers only pay for the goods they have used during the calendar month.

Subcontract CNC Turning

Generally, the CNC Turning lathes are suitable for machining components from 12mm diameter up to 65mm diameter. Above all, they are aimed at batch sizes of 200-off upwards in all bar turning grade materials. Heavy machining is possible due to their rigidity together with powerful spindle and driven tool motors.
