I was restoring an old Belmont BB225 model barber chair for my shop and needed some parts for it. One of the parts that I ordered required an additional part be ordered to go with it and I was not aware of it. Before they shipped my requested items (over seas) costumer service made the observation that an additional part might be needed, so they were kind enough to email me to make sure my order was complete. It was not, and they allowed me to complete my order, add it onto my previous order and did not charge me to ship two different orders. I would definitely do business with MSI again!!! Spoke to one of the guys about a 1950s Belmont, told him of my issues with it sent some pics and he immediately diagnosed the problem and advised what I needed to do and the parts I would need. Paid and the parts arrived a couple of days later. Perfect.
