About us

Monodraught is a dedicated designer, developer and manufacturer of natural ventilation, natural cooling and natural daylight solutions. Based in High Wycombe, we’ve provided our residential and commercial customers with efficient and sustainable climate solution designs and products since 1974.

Our commercial solutions cover four main areas:

Natural Daylight Systems: Our Sunpipe and Suncatcher systems are natural ways of collecting sunlight through your roof using units such as diamond domes.

Natural Ventilation Systems: Sola-Boost, Windcatcher and Ventsair systems that provide natural ventilation through the likes of terminals and louvres.

Natural Cooling Systems: Cool-Phase natural cooling is a better alternative to conventional HVAC systems, suitable for various commercial environments.

Control Systems: Ventilation control can be achieved effectively with our control systems including rain and temperature sensors.

28/07/2014 - Monodraught HTM Designed to meet PSBP The Hybrid Thermal Mixing (HTM) system is designed to provide natural ventilation, hybrid ventilation incorporating mixed tempered air for winter periods with the ability to provide secure night time cooling and boosted levels of ventilation during summer. The system works in conjunction with natural ventilation provided by manual or automatic windows and can be used in single sided or cross flow ventilation strategies.

Reviews

In all, the working relationship was a very pleasant experience. Work to install the two Cool-phase systems was carried out over four days, and even though some minor structural issues were encountered, the work didn’t stop − Monodraught’s team worked around the problems so that everything went smoothly and the job was delivered on time. The Cool-phase system is also very quiet in operation, which is ideal in a space that is used for lectures.
