Remove graffiti using Thermasteam with no solvents or chemicals, the thermal shock at the nozzle removes graffiti easily and quickly while using much less water than a traditional jet wash. Permanent Wash Pads
The Morclean Wash Pad captures all the water into a 100 mm drain which can be discharged to foul or pumped to a water reclaim system. Typical installations are 2-3 year periods of use and the Wash Pad can be folded for transportation.
The Wash Pads can be installed and working within hours with little disruption, which means you can get back to work asap.
Not only does it satisfy current legislation for the containment and disposal of water, but also eradicates the need for any excavation or below ground installations; which is very costly, time consuming and sometimes impossible.

The Washman water-tight floor has been further developed by Morclean alongside our European manufacturer in response to market demand, where an inflatable temporary solution is not the most effective method.

Aquaboom is a spill containment system that provides a simple solution to adhere to pollution legislation.
Aquaboom manages and contains spills or water from a washing area by using a flexible containment fabrication (can be circular or C shaped) that is attached to a vacuum system which seals the boom to floor. The water is process through openings within the boom and retained in a container in the vacuum system.

Chemical Storage
These housings are generally used for the storage or containment of liquids such as detergents or liquids. Ideal for storage of TFR (Traffic Film Remover), steam cleaner detergents, car valeting detergents or wheel cleaners etc.

Fixed Gantry Wash
The Morclean Under Chassis Jet Wash Gantry System is designed for the cleaning of irregular sized and shaped vehicles, using hot or cold water, and fully installed pipe work around the system. This provides access to high or irregular sized vehicles and is ideal for Transport, Waste Management or Plant. The pump unit, fuel and detergent is housed in a separate building and the system can be housed in a screen (SWS) to protect the surrounding area.

Water recycling equipment are part of an expanding market due to the savings water recycling can offer in the present climate of water privatisation, stricter effluent discharge consents, and rising effluent charges. The drought of 1989 serves to remind us of the importance of water recycling as vehicle wash operators were driven to a standstill due to water authorities banning the use of water for the washing of vehicles.
