Office Relocation
When you relocate, Office Moving International will make the process run smoothly, efficiently and cost effectively.
We can move your company at dates and times convenient to the running of your business − during weekends or throughout the night if you wish. We will work continuous shifts to ensure that your move is completed within your time schedules and with the minimum disruption to your business routine.

Packing for your Office Move
We will provide crates five days (or when advised) in advance of your move date and we will leave them with you until we receive advice that a collection is required. Please ensure that the crates are not overfilled, so that they can be neatly stacked on top of each other.
If required, Office Moving International can supply expert packers to assist your staff with pre-packing and unpacking. To avoid extra costs, all crates should be made available for collection as quickly as possible after the move.

Commercial Move Porterage Services
Due to the demand within the work place, Office Moving International offers a complete porterage service to assist companies with their day to day operations.
Our porters are friendly and courteous and are fully briefed on their duties and expectations during weekly staff meetings. Office Moving International only supply experienced porters, with full knowledge of removal procedures, packing, unpacking, sequence filing and moving of I.T and other delicate equipment.
We supply a “hands on” management approach, where the project manager involved in each particular project will visit premises to establish the exact requirement and man-power needs. Our Project Management Team will visit sites on an on-going basis to liaise directly with clients and our own personnel to ensure that procedures are carried out to the exact specification.
All contracts have an on-site supervisor, who will be in overall control of the day to day operations and who will liaise directly with on-site staff and our office based Contract Co-Ordinator, and who will be able to inform clients immediately of the availability of vehicles, crate hire and other requirements.

IT Removals / Desktop Relocation

Crate Hire
Crate Hire Crate Hire is the most efficient and cost-effective method of relocating office contents. These polypropylene crates can be easily stacked and transported to the new location.
Crates can nest within one another when empty, or stack on top of one another when full. By using the simple but effective heavy duty flip-over metal stacking bars, containers can be stacked safely without crushing the contents.
The crates have no sharp corners or edges and are light, easy to handle, weatherproof and secure.
For added security you can convert the standard lidded crates with security seals.
