Superliner SL220 Polybag Maker & Bag Inserter

The SL220 makes bags from a roll of gusseted polyethylene tubing or handles pre-sealed bags on a roll, places the bag into a case, crate, drum or try and cuffs the bag over the edges to provide a hygienically lined container ready for bulk filling with a variety of food and non-food products. The machine is available in several versions including a Servo machine suitable for speeds of up to 24 cases per minute.

Superliner SL330 Polybag Maker & Bag Inserter

The Superliner SL330 makes bags from a roll of gusseted polyethylene tubing and places the bag into a case, crate, drum or tray and then cuffs the bag over the edges. The SL330 is designed for customers using a wide range of film sizes and shipping containers requiring frequent changeovers.

Superliner CL225 Case Erector & Case Liner

he Superliner CL225 is an integrated case erector and case liner that provides the best possible lining quality of bags inserted into electronically squared RSC or HSC cases at a rate of up to 15 cases per minute. The machine makes bags with an adjustable length from gusseted polyethylene tubing or uses pre-sealed bags on a roll. The CL225 is available with optional heat-seal assemblies for block bottom bags.

Superliner SL230 Polybag Maker & Bag Inserter

The Superliner SL230 case liner makes bags from a roll of gusseted polyethylene tubing, places the bag into a case, crate, drum or tray and cuffs the bag over the edges. Usually integrated with a case erector or in a complete packaging line.

Supercloser SC300 Polybag-in-box Decuffer Heat Seal Closer

The Supercloser SC300 automatically uncuffs the bag in a box clear of the case flap, stretches the bag, or re-folds gussets and tamps out excess air and heat seals the bag to protect the product. These machines are available in several configurations including servo versions for higher speeds, air evacuation and gas flushing for extended product life.

Supercloser SC400 Polybag-in-Box Decuffer Folder Closer

The Supercloser SC400 automatically un-cuffs a filled polybag-in-box clear of the case flaps, opens the side flaps and folds the polybag into a neat two-way fold within the dimensions of the case to protect the product. These heavy-duty machines are available in several sizes for a wide range of case sizes.

Supercloser SC410 Polybag-in-Box Decuffer Folder & Top Taper

The Supercloser SC410 automatically un-cuffs a filled polybag-in-box clear of the case flaps. The SC410 opens the side flaps, folds the bag in a neat two-way fold to protect the filled product, closes the flaps and tapes the top of the cases. The machine has a clean compact design that is suitable for demanding applications in food and non-food applications.

Supertaper ST1A Automatic Case Sealer

These premium grade, stainless steel automatic case top sealers fold the case top flaps of AFM and RSC cases and seal these with tape or hot-melt glue.

Supertaper ST1M Semi-Automatic Case Sealer

The Supertaper ST1M Semi-Automatic Uniform Case Sealer is a solid and compact side belt driven case sealer that is suitable to seal cases quickly, efficiently and neatly.

Supertaper ST1X Semi-Automatic Case Sealer with Case Forming & Pack-Station

The machine provides an efficient and ergonomic solution for the forming, packing and sealing of RSC cases. The machine is also available without a top structure, making it suitable for semi-automatic case erecting and bottom taping.

G100 Stainless Steel Gravity Roller Converyors

Gravity roller converyors with interchangeable PVC or stainless steel rollers with encased stainless steel bearings, a spring loaded stainless steel axel and stainless steel formed channel frames.

M500 Series Stainless Steel Belt Conveyors

Belt conveyors with stainless steel frames, USDAFDA approved belts, heavy duty washdown bearings and stainless steel adjustable legs.

M600 Stainless Steel Table Top Conveyors

Table top conveyors with brushed stainless steel frames, stainless steel shafts, USDA/FDA approved modular plastic belting and inverter duty motor gearboxes to requirement.

M900 Stainless Steel Slat Top Chain Conveyors

Clean and attractive stainless steel slat top chain conveyor system for various applications. A complete conveyor system can be created with straight and curved sections.

M1000 Stainless Steel Wash-Down Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyors

Stainless steel chain driven live roller conveyor system for heavy-duty applications. A complete conveyor system can be created with straight sections, curves, 90-degree transfers, lift up, indexing and accumulation sections.

Hot Air Sealers

The Supersealer Hot Air Sealers utilize hot air to continuously seal a wide range of bag materials at high speed and efficiency. They are available in painted steel, stainless steel, or wash down. We offer horizontal and vertical sealing systems in stand alone and custom configurations.

Band Sealers

The OK Sealer band sealers utilize teflon bands to continuously seal a wide range of bag materials at high speed and efficiency. They come in painted steel, stainless steel, or wash down and are available as a horizontal or vertical set-up. Different configurations are recommended based upon each individual application.

Medical Sealers

The OKI medical sealers are a continuous rotary band sealer designed to meet FDA guidelines for the medial packaging industry. They can seal a wide range of medical packaging materials including Poly/Poly, Tyvek, Mylar, Pet Coated Tyvek, Paper/Poly, Laminated Foil, and Metalized Foil Pouches. The sealers meet ISO 11607-2, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and EN 868 specifications.

Bagging Systems

OK Sealer offers a variety of semi-automatic bagging systems. The semi-automatic bagging systems come equipped with a Supersealer hot air or band sealer and a 10’ flat conveyor, optional T-PAK infeed device, SST Top Trimmer and a Trim Remover. It’s available in painted steel, stainless steel, or wash down configurations.

Bag Fill & Seal Line Machines

OK Sealer and Tridyne Scale introduces a new weigh, fill, and sealing system recommended for any free-flowing dry material such as food, coffee, tea, electronic components, candy, grains, pills, plastic parts, or seed. The compact affordable systems are ideal for small or start-up companies to get their product into the market with very little investment. The Bag Fill and Seal Line system is available in stainless steel and washdown.

Air Evacuation / Gas Flush Systems

OK Sealer has developed a continuous bag sealer with air evacuation/gas flush for smaller bags, bag-in-box or horizontal applications. These systems are available in stainless steel, wash down IP65 or wash down IP69K.
