Air Velocity & Mass Flow

Air Velocity transmitters, probes, and hand-held meters are based on hot-film anemometers. Despite its low mass and fast response time, the sensing element exhibits high sensitivity even at very low air speeds and is resistant to polluting and corrosive agents due to its thin film manufacturing process. Among the applications are HVAC with accurate and reliable performance up to 20 m/s, industrial process control up to 40 m/s over a wide temperature range, and clean room flow control with high accuracy down to 0.15 m/s.
