Probe Type Vacuum Sealer
A range of vacuum pumps are available between 6 and 15m cube/hr. The vacuum cycle can be manual, automatically timed or programmed to a preset level. As the product is not placed inside a chamber there is no real limit to the maximum product length. The machine can be finished in either powder coated mild steel or stainless steel for more corrosive environments.

The Futura Portable sealer is very easy to operate. The jaws are closed by hand and then released once sealing is complete. These handheld heatsealers can be easily adapted for table use by means of two clamps and a foot pedal.

Super Poly
Due to it’s portable character, this machine is particularly suitable for sealing all kinds of strange and difficult shaped products. The bi-active seal bars (both upper and lower seal bar are equipped with a resistance wire) allows the sealing of thick polyethylene up to 2 x 0,3 mm. Furthermore it will be possible to seal most of the laminate films, a simple test will tell you if the machine will be adequate for your film or not.
The machine needs to be connected to a transformer, where the seal time can be set accordingly to the film you are using. Once the jaws are closed the button is pressed and the seal will start, indicated by a control light. After the sealing time has passed (max. 1-3 sec.) the sealing will stop automatically and you can open the tongs.

The simplest and most economical type of sealer. The sealing bar is manually lowered using the foot pedal, ideal for sealing bags or pouches up to 325mm wide (13"). The sealing width is 5mm or 10mm for a high quality robust seal.
Spares kits are available which include a roll of Teflon and 2 heating elements.
Star 66 Vertical Industrial Sealer
Typically this sealer lends itself to the bag sealing of bulk product such as aggregates, prepared foods and chemicals. This industrial quality bag sealer comes in a range of formats to suit your product, working environment and bag type. Foot switch initiated solenoid jaw operation allows the operator to be preparing the next bag whilst one is being sealed.
For more hostile and food environments stainless steel machines up to IP65 rating can be built. Constant heat jaws for heavy weight foil and multi-wall paper bags are also available. For applications where seal quality is paramount, such as hygroscopic compounds, a PLC controller can be fitted.

Industrial Bench Sealer
The MkVI offers weld and cool control to the nearest 1/10th of a second or degree C and has a built in program to help counteract the effects of heat build up during rapid cycling. Adjustment is made by the keypad with an LCD readout of the settings. The keys can also be locked to prevent unauthorized alteration.
