Solar DC Isolator 1500Vdc
We are pleased to announce Bremas’ patented DC rotary contact technology is now available in a Box!
Bremas’s next generation DC Switches can handle 5X to 10X* more power per input than any other competitor of equivalent size.
There’s no need to wire 4 contacts in series or parallel to achieve the desired ratings, no factory fitted wire links, no complicated data sheets to interpret.
The IB Series also comes as standard with colour coded Terminals.

Firefighter Switch Solar 1500Vdc
We are pleased to announce the launch of Bremas’s DM Series of Motorized Solar PV Disconnect Switches, which are designed to allow the safe isolation of the DC circuit in case of emergency.
Incorporating Bremas’s patented rotary contact technology, these Motorized Isolators offer unrivalled levels of flexibility and reliability.
The standard Switch may be specified with between 2 Poles (1 MPPT) and 10 Poles (5MPPT), with PV1 current ratings per string of up to 60A at 1000Vdc, or 30A at 1500Vdc.
Shut down occurs via the manual operation of a safety switch, or if there is a sustained AC Mains failure, or if the temperature exceeds 100C. When stable AC Mains is restored, the Isolator will re-connect the power.
A pulsed relay output allows diagnostic signalling of system conditions to a central PLC.
The standard DM Series allows the user to integrate the individual components, consisting of the DC Isolator (with pre-fitted Motor and status indicator), which can be DIN Rail or Panel mounted, and a Control PCB into their own control system.
Bremas are also offering a pre-assembled solution, the FB Series, Isolating up to 16 Poles (8MPPT).
