I need to rent a Samsung mobile for my trip to Belgium to take photos. Jamie from Phone Hire has been super helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. He’s really kind and always try his very best to accommodate my requests. The communication is smooth and he’s responsive. The phone is in perfect condition, and Jamie even provided a EU adapter knowing that I’m going to Europe.

In a world where these giant companies are increasingly unhelpful with the broken equipment you’re paying for, Jamie and his company came to the rescue when I was without a working phone on my trip to England. Super easy to contact and communicate with, efficient service and such a kind manner. I was able to pick up a rental phone and cable for a reasonable price and the drop off was convenient too, I just had to box it and leave it at a hotel reception before getting on a flight so that it could be picked up by a courier. You can’t do much without a smart phone these days. When the data on my phone was not working and my phone company couldn’t fix it and wouldn’t unlock the ability to insert a temporary SIM card, Jamie came to the rescue and made my trip to England more comfortable and worthwhile.
