About us

Plastic Turned Parts Ltd are specialist manufacturers of engineered plastic components. We produce precision turned parts to customer specifications in our own UK manufacturing facility.

All our parts are made in house, we will not subcontract your work out to a third party. Each stage of production receives thorough inspection to ensure parts are produced to the highest standards and exceed customer expectations.

We have recently installed 3 new machines to extend our existing plant list of sliding and fixed head CNC technology in order to provide our customers with an even greater choice of products. We are able to precision engineer products up to 200mm with a bar fed diameter of 65mm. Our new multi-tasking plant feature allows for turning, drilling and milling being carried out in a single set up using up to a maximum of 32 tools. The result is that highly complex components can be manufactured in just one operation. This reduces time and requires less labour. It also allows for short lead times and for both small and large batch volume products.
