Of all the outdoor exercise machines I have used before, I was yet to come across Proludic equipment with it''s game changing hydraulic adjustable resistance, until now that is! I found the instructions concise and easy to follow. The machines target muscles in the upper body, lower body and core, offering users a full body workout with the opportunity to progress by increasing the level of resistance. Suitable for those exercising for the first time and equally for those who take part in regular physical activity. I think this collection of machines provides people with a fantastic opportunity to exercise outdoors, surrounded by green space. From my experience of training people both indoors and outdoors, I believe that physical activity outdoors is significantly more beneficial to overall physical and mental wellbeing.

Working with Proludic throughout the entire Medmenham playpark project has been quite simply a delight. Overall, a superb effort by an outstanding team, on budget, on time − Thank you!

This whole new Social Fitness Zone was really on the back of a call we got from a local resident called Maxine who had been on an exercise referral programme but she wanted to work out at low or no cost so we contacted Proludic and again we had a very successful partnership which has led to the Social Fitness Zone.

The fantastic thing about Proludic’s equipment is that you can use it no matter what your age, it’s across the adult age range which is great.

Really interesting ideas for improving community lifestyles...I hope to implement some of the suggestions. I found the presentation really relevant to my role and helpful in terms of creating more engaging community consultation events. The information on funding that was available locally was pleasantly surprising! Overall the presentation was thought provoking, credible and professionally presented. The presenter''s humorous delivery made me comfortable enough to approach her afterwards to discuss some projects I have in mind.

The scheme looks excellent and I am sure will provide Inspiring play for years to come
