Absolutely shocking service. Didn''t even finish the job and then tried to charge us £600 on top of the original bill for ''extra materials'' which we knew nothing about. 4 months on we are still waiting for them to come round and finish the work. Customer service is awful, we were actually called liars for stating that the work hadn''t been finished, despite providing photo evidence. Please for your own sake, do not use this company for your damp work, you will regret it just like we have.

Proten Services
We paid them lots of money. Their installation leaked. They denied it was their fault. Their guarantee is worth nothing. Avoid Proten at all costs.
