Coffee Beans

Qualitasse have supplied coffee since 1982, to every size and type of business, including hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, takeaways, large corporate offices and small independent businesses, plus many more !

When we first started supplying coffee beans we initially used a large independent roasting company to handle the process because they had the capacity to fulfill our needs, but as time passed, we realised that small batch roasting, almost roasting to order, was the future, and so in 2016 we invested in our first roasting equipment, and started on the path to roasting all our coffees in-house here in Hampshire…

Luxury Catering Hot Chocolate

We have a choice of catering hot chocolate for your food service catering business, all with a focus on high quality and ease of use. CIOCCO is our own hot chocolate product which is ideally made with a steam wand on a commercial espresso machine with milk so you texture it to a smooth velvety finish − just watch the faces of your customers as they try it for the first time ! Why not try adding a flavouring syrup and adding things to your menu like “Snickers in a cup” (by adding Peanut Butter Syrup) or add some Rose Syrup to create the ultimate Turkish Delight Hot Chocolate ?

Compostable Coffee Cups

We manufacture our biodegradable compostable coffee cups cups in-house, right here in the heart of Hampshire − just a stones throw away from the south coast, the Midlands and London…

Which means not only are our cups compostable and biodegradable (including the glue and ink) but we keep our carbon footprint to the minimum when obtaining materials and when delivering the final cups to you (especially if we supply them alongside your coffee beans order and any of the other complimentary products we supply to you!).

Available in 8oz, 12oz and 16oz. Lids also available.

Espresso Machine Servicing

We have over 30 years experience of working in the field with every type of espresso machine.

We have carried out numerous rebuilds of many espresso machines, including some iconic makes such as the original Faema E61 (one of which we keep in our showroom!).

We offer on-site and back-to-base technical services and can inspect and quote for repairs before carrying out any work.
We offer routine maintenance including water treatment unit (calcium treatment unit) supply and swap-over, front-end service, emergency call-out, and ad-hoc service.

Barista Training

Are you starting a new business or a new job where they offer good coffee, or maybe you work in the coffee industry already − if so we can offer barista training to help you make the perfect espresso ! If you have some experience we can also offer espresso equipment care and daily maintenance and perhaps even some latte art training…
