The Bardiani Double Seat (mix-proof) Valve are with an extremely modern and compact design, engineered and developed in accordance with the standards required by 3A PMO (Pasterurised Milk Ordinance) certification for the American Dairy market. The valve directs and controls the flow of two different liquids simultaneously, guaranteeing separation between the two to avoid possible contamination.
Extremely effective in production plants for health-hygiene applications, this Valve means a reduction in the number of single seat valves required and consequently optimises the use of available installation space. The valve bodies and balanced valve members, made from solid bar to guarantee higher resistance against water hammer, the auxiliary washing system (optional) and the detection of any leaks by means of the separation chamber between the two Valve members.

Milk Separators
REDA centrifuges of RE-T serie are specifically designed to skim, clean and standardise Milk, Cream and Whey. These separators are specially built for Dairy applications and match very high bowl speeds for the best performances in separation of solid particles with very small diameters (fat, dirty, spores and bacterias, etc).
Standard design of these separators provides the product feeding under pressure by a soft inflow system. Then the product is accellerated to separation speed without damage being caused to any of the fat globules.
The wide working surface, the high spinning speed and the extremely fast sludge expulsion lead to maximum separation and cleaning efficiency.The skimmed product and cream exit under pressure, therefore no recovery pumps are necessary.
The range of process capacity goes from minimum 1,500 l/h to maximum 50,000 l/h.

OMAC Series B Lobe Pump
Standard Lobe Pumps in AISI 316 stainless steel are assembled on a cast iron gear box which has a protective coating in epoxy paint finish. The chamber separating the rotor case and gear box enables the fitting of balanced compact reversible mechanical seals, avoiding the contamination between the pumped fl uid and the gearbox lubricant. The base of the gearbox is designed to make installation easier for connecting into horizontal and vertical pipelines. The OMAC Lobe Pump is modular in design allowing the main parts such as the rotor and seals, to be changed quickly and easily.
