I just wanted to let you know how lovely the Rosemary looked at Christmas when the garden was finally landscaped and I installed the Spiral in a pot beside the front door - complete with white twinkling lights. It has been admired by so many people and now it looks just as good in it''s natural state. Many thanks for a great product and super service.

Our Japanese Acer arrived yesterday, all safe and sound. It''s just perfect for the place we planned for it, and it looks so natural and unusual in our oriental themed entrance hall. Many thanks, we look forward to receiving the Kentia soon.

I just wanted to send you an e-mail to let you know how thrilled I am with my bay trees. They arrived yesterday and I "potted" them up today, they''re gorgeous and look so real it''s unbelievable !!

I have had two real bay trees outside my double front doors for a few years now and am totally fed up with having to replace them every year due to snow and frost ! So I thought I''d give artificial bays a try and I''m so glad I did.

I think people are quick to complain about service when they''re not happy but maybe we''re not so quick to compliment when it''s needed and therefore I thought it important to let you know.
