GLAS-DOR

GLAS-DOR is our fire-resistant steel profile system with a core of fire resistant insulation for glazed doors, sliding doors, partition walls and window sections. Tested to PAS 24 and approved by Secured by Design, the official UK Police initiative to ‘design out crime’, GLAS-DOR combines both fire and security resistance.
Ideal for use in offices, shopping centres, airports, hotels, hospitals, schools and other similar public buildings; GLAS-DOR is manufactured in the UK and available made-to-measure.

NovoFire®

NovoFire® aluminium profile frames are the perfect solution for modern property construction. With their elegant surface finish, timeless design and numerous options, they offer virtually limitless possibilities for ambitious architects and planners when designing transparent fireproof and smokeproof seals in building interiors.
NovoFire® is available in 3 configurations: NovoFire® RS (non-fire rated, smokeproof), NovoFire® T30 (EI 30 fire rating) and NovoFire® T90 (EI90 fire rating).

INNA-DOR

We have successfully redesigned steel doors away from their original industrial roots to provide a highly cost-effective single solution, offering an aesthetic design, durable construction and up to 4 hours fire protection.
The doors, fitted in internal applications in a wide variety of wall constructions, are designed to protect personnel and property from the spread of flames & smoke. INNA-DOR offers substantial benefits over comparable timber doors in strength, durability & security. The range has been tested to BS 476 Parts 20 & 22 and BS EN 1634.

NovoSlide

Underground garages, multi-storey car parks or other huge buildings require special doors. There are many reasons for this, with safety requirements playing an especially important role.
This type of fire barrier is covered by the European product standards EN 16034 (“Fire barriers”) and EN 13241 (“Gates”). The new Novoferm NovoSlide fire-resistant sliding door has been specially developed to meet these stringent European product standards. The door can therefore be safely used throughout Europe as a CE marked product. The gate complies with all common time classes to meet the different building regulations requirements across Europe.

TUFF-DOR

At Robust, we take security seriously. That’s why TUFF-DOR is fully certified to LPS 1175 Issue 8 and accredited by Secured by Design to ensure it offers an enhanced level of security for a wide range of premises. From domestic and light commercial premises through to those at high risk of attack by experienced intruders, you can be assured TUFF-DOR will resist an attempt at gaining entry.
The doors are specially constructed to individual project requirements and each door has internal reinforcement designed to resist a sustained attack from a wide range of tools.

SECUR-DOR

Robust UK introduced the PAS 24 approved doorsets to combat the threat of attack and burglary in social housing and new-build designs, meaning improved security and peace of mind for the customer. To ensure that security is at optimum level, we put all of our doors through the PAS 24 attack test.
The PAS 24 is an attack test standard for doorsets which certifies that a particular door, frame, lock and hardwear set has withstood a series of physical tests based on common methods of burglary. These doorsets provide the minimum police requirement for ‘Secured by Design’ dwellings.

VENT-DOR

We manufacture a range of louvred products, including fully louvred options in steel or aluminium, and louvred panels for inserting into our range of doors. Our fully louvred VENT-DOR is suitable for plant rooms, boiler rooms and server rooms etc. where continuous airflow is required to ventilate machinery or release fumes from a room.

TUFF-VENT

Alongside our standard steel and aluminium louvred products, we also manufacture a security rated louvred door. Certified to PAS 24 and Secured by Design approved, TUFF-VENT offers maximum free airflow whilst maintaining strength and security. TUFF-VENT is fully CE compliant to BS EN 14351-1 and can be Polyester Powder Coated in our standard range of colours.
