ROCKBOND STEEL PRIMER (RB SP) is a pre-mixed, ready to use, acrylic modified cementitious powder used to protect steel and steel reinforcing. The system contains a unique blend of fine Portland and microsilica cements, an elastomeric acrylic co-polymer resin powder and a union of compatible admixtures. The powder also contains powerful corrosion inhibitors. The compound, when mixed with water and painted onto steel reinforcing produces an elastic alkaline coating which will protect the steel against corrosion and chemical attack. The powder, when mixed with water and pumped under pressure, is particularly flowing and penetrating. When the pressure is released, the grout will not readily slump or flow, but will gel, become stiff, stay in place and gain strength. ROCKBOND ADMIX 201 (RB A201) powder is a blend of admixtures which has been specially formulated to mix and produce high workability grouts and concretes. The admixture will reduce the water content of cementitious mixes by 40% or more. The powder is supplied to order, packaged in moisture proof, durable bags and has a shelf life of 5 years.

ROCKBOND PRIMER LATEX (RB PL) is a blend of very fine acrylic polymer resin particles dispersed in water. The resin is used to penetrate, consolidate, strengthen, seal and prime substrate surfaces. Furthermore, the latex is very adhesive, and is applied to the surface of concrete, brick, stone, mortar, masonry, render and wood to enhance the bond between construction materials and ROCKBOND SPECIAL CONCRETE PRODUCTS (RB SCP). ROCKBOND PURE ACRYLIC LATEX CONCENTRATE (RB PALC) is a specially formulated, pure acrylic polymer resin dispersed in water and combined with water reducing agents and admixtures. The latex, when added to the mix water, produces a hard polymer film, and improves the properties of hardened cementitious materials in general, and concrete repair and flooring materials in particular. The latex is ready to use, supplied to order and has a shelf life of two years.

Rockbond Epoxy Steel Primer
Rockbond Epoxy Steel Primer (RB ESP) is a specially formulated two part, solvent based, epoxy steel primer system which consists a hardener and a base resin. When the hardener is mixed with the base component, a free flowing epoxy coating is produced which hardens and protects steel against corrosion and chemical attack. The resin is supplied in 1.2kg/1 litre two part packs and has a shelf life of 1 year.
Rockbond Zinc Rich Steel Primer
ROCKBOND ZINC RICH STEEL PRIMER (RB ZRSP) is a specially formulated, single pack, epoxy resin, zinc based primer for steel. When the primer is painted onto steel, a grey, matt, zinc rich, anti corrosion, galvanic coating is produced which protects steel against oxidation, corrosion and chemical attack. The resin is supplied in 8.5kg/5 litre packs and has a shelf life of 1 year.

ROCKBOND POLYPROPYLENE FIBRES 6mm (RB PPF6) are strong, inert, monofilament polymer fibres specially designed to improve the plastic and hardened properties of cementitious materials. Mortars, renders and concretes are more workable and cohesive when plastic, and flowing materials harden to produce products with greater flexural and tensile strengths. The fibres are also used to reduce or eliminate problems associated with drying out, shrinkage and cracking. The fibres are supplied in 1kg water dispersible packs, and have an indefinite shelf life.
