CNC Machining
Following significant investment, we have advanced CNC machining capabilities, with both 5 and 3-axis machining available. Our CNC machines can perform a variety of tasks, such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding, with high accuracy and repeatability. Our machines produce components for a wide range of industries, from automotive to aerospace to electronic to medical devices.
EDM
We provide a full range of EDM manufacturing processes that are particularly useful for creating complex shapes and working with hard metals that are difficult to machine with traditional methods.

EDM Wire Erosion
Equipped with the four Sodick Linear technology machines that offer a greater surface finish at faster cutting rates, we are able to machine components weighing upto 3000kg and 500mm in height. The machines can cut using wire diameters from 0.1mm up to 0.3mm.
EDM Die Sinking
The latest machines offer improved removal rates combined with high surface finish and accuracy with round the clock running. We have huge experience in the difficult to spark materials.
EDM Hole Drilling
With the addition of the River 300 CNC EDM drilling machine and rotary indexer we now have greater flexibility. The hole drillers have extended heads and are able to drill larger parts using 0.3 to 6.35mm diameter tube.

Our services include;
CNC Milling
With the recent acquisition of the Hurco VMX60SRTi, our milling department now boasts an impressive array of machining centers, including two 5-axis machines and two 3-axis machines, each capable of being upgraded with a 4th axis. Our investment in advanced tooling enables seamless movement of components between departments for additional operations, significantly reducing setup times and minimising material wastage. These minimal setup times, coupled with high-speed material removal rates, allow us to produce highly accurate, complex components at competitive prices. All machines are networked for efficient offline programming using Visi CAD/CAM and Winmax software.
EDM Machining
The EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) process creates required features by applying an electrical discharge (spark) to the workpiece. This method utilises various mediums for electrical discharge, including EDM Drilling with a brass tube, EDM Wire Erosion with brass wire, and EDM Die Sinking with a copper electrode.

Our facility features four Sodick Linear technology machines, providing superior surface finishes at faster cutting rates. These machines can handle components weighing up to 3000kg and measuring up to 500mm in height, with wire diameters ranging from 0.1mm to 0.3mm.

The latest EDM die sinking machines in our inventory offer enhanced removal rates, exceptional surface finishes, and high accuracy, capable of operating continuously. Our extensive experience includes working with materials that are challenging to spark.
