Laboratory Refurbishments
We will design the laboratory for the client with the full input of the technical staff to incorporate their best working practice and ensure that the design meets ergonomic and applicational requirements incorporating ample storage solutions and future proofing the design and facility to allow for potential development and instrumentational additions.
We can take the bare skeleton shell through to a fully commissioned laboratory designed to every classification required by our clients.
Working with our partners for laboratory fume cupboards and furniture we will provide our design for review and discussion with the client before the final designs are signed off and sent for production.
Fume Extract Systems
From ductwork to dampers and fans to filters we provide a complete service from initial site survey through to
commissioning and testing and all our work is installed by our highly skilled site installation team.
We can supply and install all of your fume extract needs.
Laboratory Furniture
We can offer our clients advice on durability and resistivity including design parameters to ensure that their new laboratory is future proof and fit for purpose.

Microbiological Safety Cabinets
We can also manufacture top boxes and ABB valves for installation with the MBSC.
Fire Rated Flammables
These cabinets conform with the DSEAR regulations for safe storage, including the re write issued in December 2013.
Gas cylinder storage cabinets allow scientists to safely store cylinders inside the laboratory without the need for external cages or expensive pipe runs.
Testing & Commissioning
Fume cupboard face velocity testing
Ductwork pressure testing
Mechanical services pressure testing.
Specialist gas works will be provided with a Written Scheme of Examination this is in accordance with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000, all equipment supplied and works carried out will be to the BCGA Codes of Practise.
Testing and chlorination of water to BS EN 806 (1-5) and BS 8558:20111 if required.
All electrical testing is carried out in accordance with BS7671 Seventeenth Edition IEE wiring regulations and all our electrical contractors are NICEIC approved or equivalent
Project Management
Based on CDM requirements larger projects would automatically have a full time site supervisor who will coordinate the onsite attendance and subcontractor works, health and safety, deliveries and waste management etc.
We can provide site cabins and welfare facilities if required.
Each project will have an appointed project manager based at head office responsible for overall coordination of the works.

Extraction systems can be supplied, fitted and provided for fire-rated flammable storage cabinets which are rated up to 90 minutes and conform to BSEN14470.
Testing & Commissioning
We carry out all electrical testing in accordance with BS7671 Seventeenth Edition IEE wiring regulations, and all our electricians are NICEIC-certified.
Project Management
Sanber Ltd. provides its clients with both a project management and a site supervision service.
