Manual Horizontal Bandsaws

Saws UK Ltd have a wide range of industrial bandsaw machines available from stock and many more we offer on good lead times directly from our international partners. Our range includes manual bandsaws, gravity feed bandsaws, semi- automatic bandsaws and CNC bandsaw machines, all manufactured to CE standard.

Semi-Automatic Horizontal Bandsaws

We pride ourselves on being able to design and develop a sawing solution where standard machine will not fit the bill. Our speciality machines have been built for Aerospace, Formula1, Oil and gas, mining industries to name a few. Manual bandsaws are coming in two formats- a gravity feed or a pull-down operation, most now have swivel heads for mitre cuts. If you require fast varied cut a pull-down machine will be the answer. If your sawing takes longer then the gravity feed option would be the best one for you.

Vertical Bandsaws

Saws UK Ltd can offer a wide range of vertical bandsaws to suit all industries. There are many types of machine from many different manufacturers and we can get the right solution for your application. Our EV Range of vertical saws for general use in workshops or toolroom application. They have a wide speed range enabling them to cut from tool steels to non-ferrous, composites and plastics.

Circular Saws / Metal Chop Saws

Saws (UK) Ltd provide a wide range of circular saws and metal chop saws for cutting steel, stainless steels, plastics and non ferrous metals. We can offer simple pull down chop saws right through to full cnc controlled circular sawing lines. As well as our own Comet brand, we also supply Macc, ABCD and Pedrazzoli Circular Saws.

Roller Tables

We offer a wide range of options on roller tables, handling systems and measuring systems. Some of the more basic tables are always stocked and shown below. There is also the possibility to design a bespoke system with automatic end stops and cross transfer systems. Please call us to discuss your requirements.

Belt Grinders

Saws UK Ltd offer selected belt grinders and gear head drills from quality European manufacturers.

The Arboga range of drilling machines has been made in Sweden for over 100 years and are still the best quality gear head drills money can buy.

HM Machinery, part of the Scantool Group is another established manufacturer of high quality metal fabrication machinery. We focus on the TAS range of belt grinders as they are a part of many workshops all over the world. Tried, tested quality fabrication machinery from Saws UK Ltd.

We own both a TAS belt grinder and an Arboga A2608 gear head drill, both of which we have used for decades without fault, so we are more than happy to offer these machines to our customers.

Servicing

Saws UK is ready to help with all service issues including supply of parts, routine services and breakdowns.

We have a good stock of service items backed up by our supply chain and machine manufacturers. We have workshop facilities including our own machines and tools to make parts or to repair and modify our customers machines for special applications.

Our engineers can visit your site and if required machines can be returned to our service department for repair or modification. Saws UK is ready for the future with regular updates from our suppliers and training on new systems. We are always available to talk you through problems so you can fix the machine yourself if you wish, saving time and money.

Commissioning & Operator Training

We are happy to commission new machines ourselves where it is practical, giving full training to operators for safe usage.

Re-Training

Saws UK offers safety training for our own customers (and re-training for new staff etc).

Safety Training

Certification is available for all participants of safety training for insurance and safety requirements purposes.
