OSLoop Control System
OSLoop is a modular smoke control system. It consists of a centralised coordination module (the coordinator) and between 1 and 16 remotely mounted manual control points (MCPs). Larger systems can be constructed by linking together multiple coordinators.
The coordinator controls power and data to the networked system fully monitoring primary (mains) and secondary (battery*) power supplies. The OSLoop system intelligently monitors current requirements of the system and determines how and when the MCPs can call on this power to activate AOVs.
Each MCP contains actuator switching circuitry which also monitors the actuator cabling and circuitry for faults. If a fault is detected, then the MCP raises a local alarm and also informs the coordinator so the remote alarms can be triggered. The MCP also provides support for up to three smoke detectors. Again this circuitry monitors the detectors and cabling checking for faults. In addition, the MCP may be configured to work independently or grouped in the same system.

OS2 SHEVTEC Controller
The OS2 SHEVTEC Controller is an intelligent 24V dc control system designed to drive 2-wire 24V dc actuators in a smoke control and/or environmental ventilation system.
Operating from a 230V ac 5A supply, the OS2 SHEVTEC Controller can deliver up to 8A to drive 24V motorised actuators and magnetic catches. Battery backup is provided for continued operation after mains supply interruption.
The OS2 SHEVTEC Controller can be mounted locally to the devices to be operated or in a centralised location. Each SHEVTEC Controller can operate independently or can be linked to others to produce a networked control system. The networked control system in turn can operate standalone or be linked to a building management system.

NVLogiQ PSU
The NVLogiQ PSU is an adaptive Environmental Ventilation single zone control panel and can be networked in multi zone projects. The NVLogiQ PSU can operate on a stand alone basis operating on manual switches or can be connected to the BMS to operate the AOV’s as required.
The NVLogiQ PSU can be installed into new and refurbished buildings where there is a focus on indoor air quality and energy saving.
The physical size and appearance has been purposely designed to enable surface mounting for new and refurbishment projects

Manual Control Point (MCP)
Manual Control Point is designed to allow Fire Officers to manually override the smoke control system through a user friendly interface. Design includes an open button and a close/reset button, which are accessed by lifting the clear front door. A tamper evident tie is used to identify if the unit has been used.
Tamper Proof MCP
The TAMPERPROOF MCP is the only product available on the market which can deliver the full functionality required of an MCP whilst complying with the imminent EN12101-9 product standard.
Nuisance operation, especially in student accommodation is becoming a real concern for facility managers, building owners, occupiers and fire brigades as inappropriate operation of the manual control points can not only cause activation of a system, if a fire does occur once an MCP has been operated, initiation of vents on fire floors can be locked out and fail to operate as a direct result.
The orange (RAL 2011) MCP displays system and vent status both audibly and visibly through three LEDs, “power, fault and activated” (all requirements of the EN standard).

Rain Sensor
The stand alone rain sensor automatically detects rain or snow fall and signals the ventilation control system to close vents. The sensor is built into a plastic weather proof enclosure. The mounting bracket system has been designed such that the sensor can be mounted on to any suitable external façade of a building and adjusted for optimum rain detection
SHEVTEC® Powered Extract Fans
SE Controls’ SHEVTEC® range of fans are designed to extract hot gases from corridors and lobbies via smoke shafts. All fan sets are tested to European Standard EN12101-3 and installed as part of a fire engineered solution. There are advantages in using mechanical smoke shafts over code compliant natural ventilation shafts, namely: the shaft sizes are generally smaller than ABD compliant shafts (typically 0.6m2 vs 1.5m2). Furthermore the fan sets allow greater efficiency in achieving necessary pressure differences thereby allowing increased escape travel distances and reducing the reliance of multiple escape stair cores.
