Security Doors
Security doors offer a physical barrier designed to deter and delay intruders for a specified time period. These doors should be used in conjunction with secondary defences and specified accordingly. Sec2’s Security Doors are tested to ENV1627.
The SD4 and SD5 doors are further enhanced for blast resistance and tested to BSEN 13124-2.
To enhance this doors security performance each door comes with a protection astragal that is formed flush as part of the outside face of the door leaf.
The frame ( or on double doors the inactive leaf) has a step in its edge to ensure that the astragal is able to sit flush making it more difficult to attack than other door types with either no astragal or a joggled astragals.

Internal Security Flush Doorsets
Sec2 Security’s Flush Steel Doorsets are suitable for use in most applications where timber is traditionally specified. Our Flush Steel Doorsets are available in a wide range of standard sizes as well as made to measure for replacement and non standard applications.
The contemporary flush design allows for these doors to be used in internal applications. The FD doors are supplied fully assembled with hardware fitted as standard which when combined with our adjustable fixing feet and variable sub frame drastically reduces the installation time on site which in turn adds value to a project. The single fix design of our doors can offer great cost savings when priced against overall installation times for timber and the inherent durability of steel means that in areas of high traffic or potential abuse the “whole life” cost of a steel door outweighs that of a timber door set.

Our “FDA” steel door is an entry level external security door offering exception value for this industry leading specification. The “FDA” is custom manufactured in the UK, with an average lead time of only 3 weeks. The doors are available in a wide range of sizes from 690mm-1340mm wide single doors and 1000mm − 2600mm double doors and from 1500-2800mm high.

Fire Doors (FD60, FD120, FD240)
Fire rated doors designed to contain and prevent the spread of fire for a specified period of time. Our Fire Doors are available in latched and unlatched configurations. Sizes and hardware constraints vary between classifications. They offer substantial benefits over comparable timber doors; strength, durability & security.
The range has been tested to BS 476 Parts 20 & 22, BS EN 1634 and holds appropriate FRS & Bodycote Warrington Assessments.
The slim single rebate frame used as standard allows Sec2 Fire Doors to be easily used instead of timber doors; as with our flush doors they are supplied fully assembled and finished which means that doors and frames can be installed in one visit without the need to make additional visits to install doorblades and hardware and as our doors are supplied prefinished in a wide range of colours this also eliminates the need for site painting.

Secure Transaction Kiosk
Secure Transaction Kiosk is a secure plug & play modular kiosk developed for rapid site deployment and used for temporary or permanent applications.

The AP030 Physical Attack Tray
The AP030 Audio transaction tray is a one stop solution that facilitates the passing of documents and cash while allowing the customer and clerk to communicate using the electronic 2-way speech facility. The polycarbonate slider provides a clean and secure feel by interlocking the customer and clerk position (slider locking options available). Those people who wear hearing aids will benefit using the built in induction loop that comes as standard with every audio tray. As every tray features a hearing loop, you are fully compliant with DDA regulations (relating to speech & hearing) at every customer position. The AP038 Ballistic Tray
The AP038 transaction tray is tested and certified by a nationally recognised test house to provide Ballistic protection to EN1522 FB4 and FSG ballistic standards. Providing full duplex speech with 2 speakers each side and twin microphones, the AP-38 is the recognised UK market leading Ballistic Audio Pay tray. The polycarbonate slider provides a clean and secure feel by interlocking the customer and clerk position (slider locking options available). As every tray features a hearing loop, you are fully compliant with DDA regulations (relating to speech & hearing) at every customer position. The AP050 Rotary Tray
The Rotary tray provides a perfect solution for dispensing tickets, currency and security passes etc. At busy positions where time is of the essence such as Sports Stadiums, Rail / Bus Stations and ticket offices for instance. The tray is easily fitted into new counters but is also available as a retro solution into many existing rail/bus stations where the existing unit is beyond repair. The AP010 Focus Speech System
The AP010 Focus Systems provide the most natural duplex speech whilst maintaining ‘small form appearance’. The AP-011Q Queue Management
The “Q” system allows customers to be called forward to the relevant position using the Sec2 call management system. It can be used as a standalone system or can be easily integrated into a speech transfer system providing a One-Stop communication solution. Each position is separate but controlled by one central unit which means that in the unlikely event that one position has a fault it does not affect the other positions. There are no computers to programme or control the call management so the AP-011Q truly is an affordable solution giving high quality results! The AP-011 QC P.A. System
A variant of the “Q” system, the AP-011QC P.A. is as simple or complex as required but also provides a facility for operators in individual rooms to call people from a central waiting area (Doctors Surgery). Security systems can also use this system for observing, communicating and recording secure areas (Mental Health & Special Needs facilities and Schools). The BTU-01
The BTU-01 Bulk Transfer Unit is designed for securely receiving or depositing bulky items such as parcels, cash cassettes or any item that requires transfer with security control. It has the ability for Built-in speech to allow 2-way communication and interlock allowing only 1 door to be open at any one time. The BTU-1has a large capacity of 415mm x 285 x 590mm making it suitable for use within areas such as banks, cash rooms, local authority, retail, Hospitals and any environment where secure transfer of bulky items is required. The unit can be installed through internal or external walls of up to 495mm in thickness and can be supported on adjustable legs. Storage pedestals can been incorporated as an optional extra as can the VP-44 & VP-44A vision panels. The BTU as standard has a battery back-up facility ensuring that even during a power outage, you can maintain a high level of security transfer. The operating panel can be mounted remotely from the unit, e.g. on a counter or on a wall if desired as an optional extra. The VP-44 and VP 44A-Vision Panels
Sec2 manufactures a range of vision panels for doors and walls that allow staff to observe who is on the other side of the secure partition/door before allowing access. We also provide units that have speech transfer facilities as an integral part of the vision panel along with a call up button on the public side for attracting attention.
