We needed an inspection of a flat urgently and searched through Checkatrade and SEC had high ratings. We can see why. Gary carried out a full inspection of the property and provided a detailed report highlighting any defects and work that needed to be carried out. He has excellent communication skills and was very efficient. We will certainly be contacting him again for any further work that may need to be carried out.
