I have found it impossible over about 6 weeks to contact these people by any method at all for support about a FAULTY ITEM.
See trust pilot for similar reports -AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Atrocious service -Worst in my life history.

Nice prices but when there is problems with the products you are in big trouble.

The "customer support" is utterly incompetent and unfriendly, they even asked me to contact their reseller for support for a piece of malfunctioning hardware.

I still haven''t received a refund now almost three months later.

Faulty goods were delivered (a smoke detector running batteries down within around 3 days). They asked for me to return the smoke detector at my expense (incidentally leaving me without a smoke detector). I requested a refund for the return postage and cost of the used batteries. This was refused. Contact with there support team was not good all the way through. Would not shop with them again.

This company either sells your email address on to spammers, spams themselves or has allowed their database to be compromised.

I used a unique email address (as i always do) to ensure i can locate the source of spam, in came back linked to securitywarehouse. I raised the issue with them but they simply did not care and did not offer any explanation at all. I suspect their website / database at www.securitywarehouse.co.uk was compromised.

Fortunately, I had not placed an order with them, so I cannot comment on whether other credit card details etc were also leaked/stolen.

I would not deal with such an unprofessional outfit. Given their subject matter you would think they would take their own web security a little more seriously.

Fast delivery of goods, great technical team too. Will use again as prices best I can find!

USELESS, QUICK ENOUGH TO TAKE ORDER AND FULL PAYMENT, FOR ITEM SO SAY IN STOCK 0N 2ND OF MONTH, AFTER A WEEK I SUBMIT A QUESTION TO THEIR AUTOMATED SYSTEM ,WHERES MY STUFF, REPLY WAS BEING DEALT WITH, COUPLE MORE DAYS ,QUESTION - SAME REPLY. GETTING ANNOYED BY NOW----SUBMIT QUESTION AGAIN WITH REQUEST FOR SOMEONE TO RING ME WITH SOME KIND OF ANSWER, AUTOMATED REPLY BEING DEALT WITH, GOT REALLY PI--ED BY NOW ,CANCELLED ORDER 16TH OF MONTH, LETS SEE HOW LONG REFUND TAKES!!!!!!!!!!

Unless you would like a contact telephone No. with just pre-recorded messages, An automated "support " e-mail system that automatically allocates a number but no one responds to, and goods that never arrive (they say next day + 48 hr courier!!7 days so far and counting).
