Our projects are designed to comply with current British Standards for Design of Structural Steelwork. They conform to all relevant Building Regulations and the current Fire Precautions Act. Our working association with an Approved Inspector ensures that our project applications for Building Regulation Approval are speedily processed.

Working with a global supplier of high quality childrens clothing we were employed to refurbish a quantity of buildings that have been left empty and they were basically just shells and over an agreed period we handed these large units back as fully functioning offices and warehouse facilities.
We spent a good time with the customer to refine and adjust our designs to match the clients specific needs. From our detailed plans we worked with Building Control to achieve Building Control Approval for the proposed mezzanine floors and structural changes to the buildings. As Principle Contractor we were responsible for the running of the complete project. Our Health & Safety experts looked after all CDM documentation and our Projects Team ran the site office.

Conveyors | Spirals | Elevators
In-depth experience with the design, supply and installation of Gravity & Powered Conveyor Systems, Spiral Conveyors and Vertical Conveyor Elevators.
Usually supplied as a key element within one of our many 'Turn Key' projects for the movement of customers stock (usually with a plastic container) from point A to point B on the same floor using Powered Conveyor or the moving of stock between floors (usually between mezzanine floor levels) using Spiral Conveyors or if space is of a premium then with Vertical Conveyor Elevators. These systems can move product in each direction. For example stock moving up onto a mezzanine floor and the picked orders coming down from upper levels and being transferred to a packing area.

Where smaller aisles are required we offer a range of narrow aisle pallet racking with aisles as small as 1.6 metres and these are serviced with a specialist VNA narrow aisle truck.

Typically included as a core part of our 'Turn Key' projects, we provide systems to move customer stock (often in plastic containers) from one point to another on the same floor using Powered Conveyors, or between floors with Spiral Conveyors. If space is limited, Vertical Conveyor Elevators can be used. These systems are capable of moving products in both directions, such as transporting stock to a mezzanine floor and bringing picked orders down to a packing area.

Typically included as a core part of our 'Turn Key' projects, we provide systems to move customer stock (often in plastic containers) from one point to another on the same floor using Powered Conveyors, or between floors with Spiral Conveyors. If space is limited, Vertical Conveyor Elevators can be used. These systems are capable of moving products in both directions, such as transporting stock to a mezzanine floor and bringing picked orders down to a packing area.

Once the design is finalised and an order is placed, our project team will manage the pre-installation phase, which may involve CDM planning, Building Control consultation, or addressing specific logistical requirements. Our fully trained SEIRS Installers will then complete the installation of your mobile shelving or mezzanine floors within the agreed timeframe. If necessary, we provide the appropriate RAMs to cover all work performed.
When storage equipment is required, we collaborate with leading manufacturers of pallet racking, shelving systems (including mobile shelving), and specialised dynamic storage solutions like shuttle ranger racking and push-back live storage, offering both space-efficient and work-efficient storage solutions.
