DTG or Direct To Garment Printing is the method of printing directly onto the garment using a digital printer. The bespoke nature of DTG print means that it is ideal for short run, rich in colour and fine detail prints onto T.shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Aprons, Shopper Bags and more. Great for special occasions, Stag and Hen, Birthdays, small run full colour garment printing, print on demand.

We also do custom heat applied transfers utilising several different process, ultra colour transfers giving full colour photo realistic quality with a soft hand, stretch and rebound. Screen printed in up to 5 colours ideal for bold prints when solid colours or Pantone® PMS colours are required. HTV (heat transfer vinyl) this is a vinyl that can be cut on a cad cutter to any shape and heat applied to a variety of garments. The transfers can also be applied to sportswear and garments that are subject to dye migration under heat using special sublimation blocking property.

We print using the sublimation method which means a digital printed image is turned into a gas with heat which penetrates the coating onto the item then turns back to a solid again, sounds simple! The result is permanent, full colour image that won't crack, peel or wash away from the substrate. 

We can print full photographic quality prints onto Mugs, Sport Bottles, Travel Mugs, Flasks, Coasters, Placemats and more. This process uses CMYK so Pantone® PMS colour mixing is not available. Get in touch for a quote.
