Absolutely shocking experience. Tried contacting their customer service multiple times. Emails went unanswered, and every time I called, I was stuck on hold forever – if I even got through at all. When I finally managed to book an engineer, the guy who turned up was incredibly rude and unhelpful. To add insult to injury, after doing some digging, I found the exact same instruments and services for a much better price at SK. Avoid this company – save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
