Capping Machines

To compliment our range of filling machines we also manufacture a range of semi-automatic or fully automatic capping machines. These are available in either an inline or indexing rotary format with either conventional or servo motor driven capping heads. As with our filling machines these capping machines are available in formats to suit the capping of flammable or corrosive products.

Inline Automatic Filling Machines

Automatic liquid filling machines are designed to offer maximum flexibility coupled with increased operational output. Our standard range covers twin head models up to twelve heads with twin lane conveying systems and also feature options of filling technology such as piston pumps, gear pumps, flexible impeller pumps or flow meters.

We opt for a modular construction which allows for wide variety of choices in machine specification, as such our liquid filling machines can be tailored to suit individual customer requirements.

As with our range of semi-automatic filling machines, the automatic filling machine range has options to suit the filling of flammable and corrosive products.

Semi-Automatic Filling Machines

The semi-automatic range includes both table top and mobile machinery with both single and multi head units being available.
This range features options of filling technology such as piston pumps, gear pumps, flexible impeller pumps, flow meters or weighing platforms and will cater for any application including flammable or corrosive environments.

Established in 1983, SP Filling Systems Ltd have almost 40 years' experience in the design, installation and maintenance of bespoke capping machines, inline automatic filling machines and semi-automatic filling machines.

Based in the UK, our company specialises in liquid filling machines for a variety of applications across the country, which has resulted in hundreds of satisfied customers on a nationwide scale. We cover the entire UK in an effective manner and are an independent, family owned business recognised by many.
