At SSB our Steel Building Installation work is carried out by fully trained and experienced operatives with attention to detail throughout, to ensure a high standard upon completion of our works.
Springfield Steel Buildings has an unblemished safety record. We employ Health & Safety advisors to make sure we are up to date on the latest Health & Safety legislation.
Site specific Method Statements, Risk Assessments and COSHH Assessments are produced for all contracts. All site managers are trained to the CITB Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) and hold a full 3 day emergency first aid qualification.

We have constructed many steel buildings for commercial use, an example of a recently completed project is at Crown Garden Centre near Selby. Springfield Steel Buildings were appointed the principle contractor for the project and carried out the full groundwork's package, the design and installation of the steel framed building and internal works the total build cost was approx £300k.
We are happy to act as main contractor, or subcontract to another main contractor if required and do as much or as little as is required.
