I ordered the stair lift assessment remotely. The engineer contacted me on the day my brother far away was assessed. The assessment was efficient. The fitter contacted me on the day. The payment department talked me through the process even though it was 4.55 pm . The lift will make my brother much more safe coming down stairs.
