The new i2R CNC series includes three sizes, each with prismatic guides, ball screws, and the same powerful, yet easy to use, UCCNC controller which we utilise on our larger machines. We also provide a full complement of accessories ensuring that you’ll receive a package that’s specifically tailored to your CNC needs.
Targeted specifically at the first-time CNC user, the new i2R lineup will be supported with a comprehensive manual and video library which are intended to dramatically shorten a new user's learning curve.
CNC Plasma System
We now offer the option to upgrade any 3 axis CNC package to be compatible with plasma cutting technology. The machine shown here was designed specifically for a customer who wanted both 2D cutting to very high accuracies and who also wanted a custom made tube cutting system.
FogBuster Coolant Sprayer System
The FogBuster system is designed to produce a stream of air and coolant together without creating a fog or atomized mist. The low pressure, high volume sprayer provides a targeted spray to the cutting area and the work-piece without atomizing the coolant droplets. Therefore no unwanted (and potentially harmful) coolant mist is generated where the sprayer is operating. This makes the environment where the system operates significantly safer.
The system is compatible with a wide range of coolant types and works well even at pressures as low as 10 PSI. All the coolant is targeted at the cutting area through the brass sprayer nozzles. The absence of airborne oil based pollutants reduces the health risks associated with mist coolant systems significantly.
Donek Drag Knife
The Donek Tools Drag Knife is an innovative tool that can be used to cut almost anything that you can cut with a conventional Stanley type knife. The Donek knife system takes advantage of the speed and accuracy of a CNC controlled system.

- Professional CNC − This is our top of the range machine. It has a stiff frame, high strength gantry system & full three phase spindle. This machine is suitable for use in an industrial production type environment.
- CNC plasma cutting systems − CNC systems can be configured to work with plasma cutting technology. Our plan is to release our own range of CNC plasma cutting machines.
- Fogbuster Mist Coolant − A mist coolant system which gives out a stream of air and a mist of coolant to the cutting zone, improving the machining of light metals on the routers.
- Donek Drag Knife − Just like a utility knife the Donek Tools Drag Knife can be used to cut virtually anything. It has the precision and speed of a CNC router. Choose from either 1/4 and 1/2 inch shanks.
- CNC Control Electronics − Ideal as an upgrade to your driven LPT system. The UC100 motion controller is now supplied as standard with all Stoney CNC routers.
