Total Process Cooling have delivered several solutions to difficult projects that have been brought to their attention. These have involved process cooling and MRI cooling. When faced with technical and logistical deliveries, they have always delivered on time and with great professionalism. We are the largest Air Conditioning contractor in Northern Ireland and have experience of many suppliers. The service provided by Total Process Cooling is as good as it gets.

The chiller is working as it should which means we can now run 2 furnaces together which has pleased the production guys! I have to thank you and your engineer Stuart for the sterling work in getting our chiller up and running in the time frame given, Stuart completed the task professionally and a is a credit to your company.

We were having problems with our previous supplier (poor communication, not fully resolving breakdowns). The situation culminated with a final break-down which ex-supplier were adamant unit needed complete replacement and was beyond repair. We took their word and decided to use Google to search for other suppliers to provide secondary quotes. After finding Total Process Cooling, they advised that the problem’s description sounded more like an inexpensive part replacement rather than entire unit. They visited the same day to diagnose and the following to fix (for fraction of replacement price). Our relationship built from there. Total Process Cooling is consistently on site within the same day (for breakdowns), certainly no more than the next day. They now do our annual servicing and have just completed a major pipework replacement. Samuel Taylor Ltd would certainly recommend Total Process Cooling for all your Chiller needs.

We were finding it impossible to maintain our mould temperature of 8°C using our current set up of a chiller and 2 TCU’s. Summit Chilled installed a Frigel dual zone Microgel combined unit and we are now maintaining a perfect 8°C mould temperature and have reduced our cycle time by 20%. We enjoy a great relationship with Summit Systems so look forward to working with Summit Chilled.

Recently purchased a chiller from yourselves to get us out of a sticky situation following a breakdown on our old machine. All the staff we dealt with during the process were brilliant, very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to all queries. In particular a special mention for Stuart (Service engineer), who guided us through some troubleshooting to get the new machine working at our end via a video call. - August 2023

The savings from the 1 off Microgel unit we have has paid for the 5 additional unit we are ordering, and that is just on production hours saved, we have not yet considered the energy savings. The Microgel has doubled our production output, improved our product quality, and reduced our scrap levels. We’d highly recommend the Microgel and Summit Systems! - May 2022

Your installer Stuart Nesbitt has done a fantastic job with very professional service, and the chiller is working perfectly. He’s been superb with his support, guidance, and advice both when on site, and over the phone when he’s elsewhere in the UK. I would just like to feedback on the service we have received on the installation of our loan chillers plus telephone support received today.

The engineer involved in both installations and the telephone support was Stuart Nesbit. I can only applaud his engineering installation skills and exceptional telephone support today that allowed us to overcome an issue we had we commenced a tool change.
