SunClear Aligners Manufacturing

Sun Dental Labs now offers a state-of-the-art solution to aligners manufacturing. Once the necessary records are uploaded, an aligners plan is generated by our team. Then, the SunClear 3D orthodontic software is used to review, modify and accept the plan.

SunFlex® Partial Dentures

In comparison to acrylic partials, SunFlex® partial dentures are lightweight, more comfortable and practically invisible. They offer the perfect degree of flexibility, providing maximum retention, stability and aesthetic appeal. They are also the easiest flexible partials to adjust in-office. These advantages make SunFlex® one of the finest solutions in partial denture treatment available today.

SunFlex® is a pressure-injected, flexible denture base resin that is ideal for partial dentures and unilateral restorations. The resin is biocompatible nylon thermoplastic with unique aesthetic properties. SunFlex® partial dentures are not ideal for immediate dentures as soft liner and tissue conditioner do not adhere to SunFlex® material.

The metal-free, flexible SunFlex® Partial provides a fully functional, yet aesthetically superior, removable partial denture.

SunFlex® Unilateral Partial Dentures

SunCeram® High Translucent Full Zirconia

Multilayer High Translucent Zirconia

SunCeram®’s new Multilayer High Translucency zirconia offers the unique benefit and advantage of being very similar in optical properties to a natural human tooth. The internal shade layering of the zirconia pucks create color intensity/chroma with higher translucency toward the incisal. This distinctly sets it apart from the monolithic zirconia currently available in the market.

SunCeram® Anterior Zirconia

This highly esthetic restoration material is designed specifically to satisfy the esthetic and functional requirements of the anterior region of the mouth. Anterior zirconia exhibits an average flexural strength of 615 MPa with high translucency and multilayer shade transition similar to natural tooth enamel. Indicated for single crowns, veneers, implant restorations and bridges.

SunCeram® Posterior Zirconia

The chip-proof durability and flexural strength of 1200 MPa make SunCeram® multilayer zirconia ideal for Bruxers who have broken natural teeth or previous PFM restorations. It is an esthetic alternative to PFM metal occlusal/lingual or full-cast restorations. Indicted for single crowns, inlays & onlays, implant restorations and bridges.
