TC017. SDS 032 Detergent Steriliser
Neutral and low odour.
A blue liquid which has excellent foaming properties and can be diluted up to 1 part to 120 parts water and still be an effective bactericide against a wide range of organisms.
This product is a mild and neutral blend of non-ionic surfactants and cationic bactericide, which has good foaming properties for use in the food industry, bakeries, meat processing and food storage areas.

A viscous hypochlorite solution which clings to vertical surfaces. Removes slime and fungi, eradicates malodours at source. Contains advanced wetting agents for total cleaning. Up to 10 percent.
A product which kills slime and fungi and eridicates malodours at source. It keeps drains and toilets clean and sweet smelling and is effective against a wide range of bacteria. A concentrated product that can be used in drains and toilets and on floors and for general disinfection and cleaning.

TC025. SDS115 Heavy Duty Degreaser
A specially formulated product for contract use. A powerful rapid action cuts through dirt and grime and it has a controlled foam so there is no excess foam to rinse away.
This product can be used for cleaning walls and floors including metal, rubber, plastic, ceramic and concrete.
Directions: For heavy duty cleaning and wax removal dilute 1 part to 10 parts hot water. A metallised polish for extreme strength and durability coupled with ease of removal. Non yellowing polymer film produces an excellent shine with excellent slip resistence.
For all linoleum, PVC, rubber, sealed cork, sealed wood, terrazzo and thermoplastic floors. Not suitable for unsealed wood or cork.
Directions: Apply on a clean grease free floor any old polish should have been stripped using polish stripper (TC020) then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Apply a thin even film of polish using a clean lint free mop or applicator. Apply a secon coat when the first is dry (approx 30 minutes). Polish may be buffed to improve the gloss. Available in 1 and 5 litre plastic containers. Coverage is 60 square meters per litre. Maintain using spray and buff floor maintainer TC022.

Alkaline non ammonia.
A highly alkaline solution for quick removal of all emulsion and metallised polishes. Controlled foam for use with machines. This is also available as an ammoniated product for unlocking aged on polishes and to remove dirt and wax.

Directions: For polish stripping dilute 1 part to 10 parts hot water. Allow to soak onto the floor for 10-15 minutes. Scrub thoroughly, preferably with a scrubbing machine fitted with a nylon scrubbing pad. Remove solution with a mop or suction dryer. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry before re-applying polish. 5 litres of stripper will strip the polish from 200 square meters of floor. Available in 5 litre plastic UN specification containers and boxes

Concentrated product with fresh pine or lemon fragrance and is an ideal mopping solution for all surfaces. Will not remove polish, but can be rebuffed and is slip resistent.
As well as polished floor maintenance these products are ideal for spray cleaning for dirt and heel mark removal.
Directions: For general mopping dilute 1 part to 160 parts hot water. Mop allow to dry and buff if required to improve the shine. For spray burnishing dilute 1 part to 80 parts water. Spray lightly ahead of machine fitted with nylon pad and immediately polish to a shine. Nb for maximum floor life we recommend that floors are sealed with metallised floor polish (TC019) and regularly maintained with spray and buff (TC024). TC047. SDS044 Beer Pump & Line Cleaner
Clear odourless liquid.
Cleans beer pumps and pipelines by simply soaking. It is suitable for pressurised dispensing equipment and traditional hand pumps and is completely odourless and taint free. This product is used to clean and sterilise beer pumps, pipelines and tanks.
Directions: Dilute 1 part cleaner to 70 parts water at a temperature up to 60 degrees centigrade. Draw through the system and leave to soak for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Cellar tanks- pre-rinse with cold water, add beer pump cleaner 1 part to 100 parts water at a temperature up to 60 degrees. Spray ciculate for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Product available in UN specification packaging because of its corrosive nature in 2*5 litre packs.

Bactericidal Soap
Specially developed for food and catering industry use. The universal hand cleaner. Extremely useful as a toilet soap. Mild, rich deep cleaning lather which contains triclosan which kills a wide spectrum of bacteria. Ideal for washroom dispensers, and for use anywhere there is a need for sanitised conditions. Use regularly to prevent cross infection from hand contact. Will not cause scum even in the hardest water conditions.
TC041. SDS012 Cabinet Machine Dishwash
Clear liquid characteristic smell.
An alkaline solution which contains a low foam wetting agent. Suitable for use in all automatic dishwashing machines in line with manufacturers metering/ dosing instructions.
This formulation does not contain caustic soda and as such will not attack the glaze on crockery. Despite this it is a very effective cleaning formulation with advanced soil suspension properties which prevents spotting. It is a highly concentrated liquid deteregent which provides outstanding cleaning, combined with economy of use in hard and soft water areas. We recommend that this product is used in conjunction with a good quality rinse aid. Available in 5 and 25 litre plastic containers.

A hydrochloric acid based descaler for use in cabinet glass and dishwashing machines and water boilers.

TC048. SDS051 Coloured Beer Pump Cleaner
Coloured liquid no smell.
This product has been developed to indicate by colour change from purple to green when the beerlines and pumps are dirty. Once all the deposits have been removed and the lines are clean the product will stay purple when pulled through.
This product is a clever blend of potassium hydroxide and colourant in aqueous solution. For cleaning beer pumps and pipes dilute 1 part cleaner to 40 parts water. Draw the dilute liquid through the system and leave for 20 minutes. Draw more diluted liquid through the system until the green liquid which flowed through the pipes changes back to purple. Thoroughly flush the system with clean water. This product is considered corrosive for tranport purposes and as such will be supplied in Un specified packaging. This product is a blend of alkaline builders, surfactant and solvent in aqueous solution which can be used for the removal of tough grease from floors, walls, utensils and other washable surfaces in kitchens, bakeries, and slaughter houses and all other areas where food is prepared consumed and manufactured.

For deep fat fryers dilute 1 part to 20 with water bring the solution to the boil in the fryer for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain, rinse with clean water at least twice and wipe dry. TC034. SDS066 Heavy Duty Drain Cleaner
Sulphuric Acid based.
Quickly and simply clears blocked drains and sinks. Dissolves obstructions with ease. Displaces standing water and penetrates and seeks out the blockage.
Read use directions thoroughly before use. Wear suitable protective clothing, PVC gloves and face/eye shield before using this product. Remove excess water from the blocked drain and slowly pour the recommended quantity of acid drain cleaner into the blocked drain. Wait 15 minutes for the drain to clear them flush with water.

TC026. SDS010 Laundry Detergent
Blue or White Opaque Liquid.
This product is intended for use in domestic and industrial washing machines. It is a blue liquid with a faint characteristic odour and washing results compare favourably with proprietry branded liquids.
This product contains anionic and nonionic surfactants, phosphat, sodium silicate, foam control agents, optical brighteners, fragrance, enzyme, preservative and dye.
Directions: For normal soiling and soft water add 120 mls to the wash for hard water add 150 ml. For heavily soiled clothes and soft water add 150 mls to the wash and in hard water areas add 180mls. Product is available in 5 and 25 litre plastic containers.

Directions: For normal soiling and soft water add 120 mls to the wash for hard water add 150 ml. For heavily soiled clothes and soft water add 150 mls to the wash and in hard water areas add 180mls. Product is available in 5 and 25 litre plastic containers.
TC027. SDS 113 Fabric Conditioner
A blue opaque liquid.
This product is designed for use in both domestic and industrial applications. Fabric softening and conditioning properties compare favourably with proprietry branded products.
This product is based on a diester quaternary ammonium compound, there is added preservative and dyes and perfume. The perfume leaves the washed clothes feeling and smelling fresh and clean.
Directions: Handwashing add two capfuls to the final rinse. Wring and spin dry as usual. Twin tubs, add two capfuls to a bucket of water. Pour over clothes and allow to soak. Spin dry. Automatics, after full cycle pour on three capfuls diluted in a jug of water. Reset controls to final rinse. For a built in dispenser add three capfuls at the start of the final rinse. Do not pour undiluted onto clothes. Product available in 5 and 25 litre plastic containers.

TC029. SDS077,78 Pink or Ivory Pearlised Soap
This product is available with or without perfume is mild and has a rich cleansing lather. It can also be supplied without dye and added triclosan for a bactericidal soap product which will help prevent skin infections. Can be used in workshops or offices and is suitable for use through wall mounted dispenser units. Will not cause scum even in the hardest water.

TC039. SDS050 Carpet Shampoo

A low foam product which leaves no sticky deposits and helps prevent resoiling. Has a solvent added for rapid and effective cleaning and is ideal as a prespotting solution. Suitable for woven and non woven carpets of synthetic and natural fibres. Test a small patch to ensure suitability before use. 1 litre will clean approximately 20 square metres of carpet.
Directions: Dilute 1 part to 20 parts cold or warm water. Use in a water extraction cleaner. For prespotting spray on neat and agitate, then leave for 2 minutes and absorb any excess moisture on paper or an absorbant pad before going over the area with an extraction machine. Product available in 1, 5 and 25 litre plastic containers
